Agung Darmanto (berkopiah) menyambut kedatangan pimpinan dan anggota Pansus III DPRD Kabupaten Karanganyar di Ruang Aspirasi Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Senin (4/11).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Kantor DPRD Tulungagung hari ini, Senin (4/11), kembali mendapat kunjungan untuk studi banding. Kali ini yang datang berkunjung adalah pimpinan dan anggota Pansus III DPRD Kabupaten Karanganyar Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Kedatangan rombongan pimpinan dan anggota Pansus III DPRD Kabupaten Karanganyar ini diterima oleh anggota Komisi B DPRD Tulungagung, Agung Darmanto SH dan Drs H Misbah MM di Ruang Aspirasi Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

Menurut Agung tidak banyaknya anggota DPRD Tulungagung yang menyambut kedatangan pimpinan dan anggota Pansus III DPRD Kabupaten Karanganyar karena saat ini DPRD Tulungagung sedang melakukan pembahasan RAPBD tahun 2020. “Jadi mohon maaf banyak yang menghadiri rapat pembahasan tersebut,” ujarnya.

Ketua Pansus III DPRD Kabupaten Karanganyar, Drs Sri Harjono, mengatakan kedatangan rombongan Pansus III DPRD Kabupaten Karanganyar untuk studi banding terkait pembuatan perda tentang perkoperasian. Ia menyebut di Kabupaten Tulungagung perda tersebut sudah dibuat.

“Karena itu kami ingin tahu tentang perda tersebut dan mengetahui sejauh mana pelaksanaannya di Tulungagung,” paparnya.

Menanggapi pertanyaan dari Sri Harjono, Agung Darmanto menyatakan memang perda tentang koperasi sudah dibuat oleh DPRD Tulungagung. Yakni Perda No. 25 Tahun 2017.

Secara rinci Agung Darmanto kemudian meminta Mohani dari Dinas Koperasi  UMKM Kabupaten Tulungagung yang juga hadir dalam pertemuan tersebut untuk menjelaskannya.

Dari data Dinas Koperasi UMKM Kabupaten Tulungagung disebutkan jumlah koperasi di Tulungagung saat ini mencapai  1.388 koperasi. Dari jumlah tersebut yang aktif hanya 704 koperasi sedang sisanya 684 koperasi tidak aktif.  Sedang untuk UMKM jumlahnya mencapai 44.086.

Menurut Mohani, Perda No. 25 Tahun 2017 yang kini dijalankan Pemkab Tulungagung perlu ada revisi. Masalahnya, sudah ada aturan-aturan baru di atasnya, seperti Permenkop No. 11 Tahun 2018 dan PP No. 24 Tahun 2018.
