Bapemperda rapat bersama Kabag Hukum Setda Kabupaten Tulungagung, Saiful Bakri, di Ruang Rapat Bapemperda lantai II Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Jumat (1/11).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Setelah melakukan rapat intern terkait progran pembentukan peraturan daerah (Propemperda) tahun 2020, Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD Tulungagung, Jumat (1/11) kembali melakukan rapat. Kali ini rapat bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung.

Hadir dalam rapat yang dipimpin Ketua Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung, Samsul Huda SAg MPd, di Ruang Rapat Bapemperda lantai II Kantor DPRD Tulungagung tersebut, sebagian anggota Bapemperda Tulungagung. Yakni Ir Gandi Wardoyo, Imam Sapingi SPd, H Nurhamim SAg, dan Drs H Imam Ngaqoib MH.

Sementara itu, dari Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung yang hadir adalah Kabag Hukum Setda Kabupaten Tulungagung, Saiful Bakri SH MH.

Seusai rapat, Samsul Huda menyatakan rapat hari ini belum dapat memutuskan berapa raperda yang akan masuk dalam Propemperda tahun 2020 mendatang. “Rapat masih akan berlanjut,” katanya.

Samsul Huda belum memastikan kapan rapat lanjutan akan dilakukan bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung tersebut.

Sebelumnya, Saiful Bakri mengungkapkan saat ini Pemkab Tulungagung sudah menyiapkan 10 raperda inisiatif untuk dimasukkan dalam Propemperda tahun 2020. Namun demikian menurut dia, ke-10 raperda tersebut tidak serta merta kemudian masuk dalam Propemperda tahun 2020. “Karena itu dilakukan rapat koordinasi dengan Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung,” ucapnya.
