Pimpinan dan anggota Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung saat diterima di Ngawi Command Center lantai II Kantor Bupati Ngawi, Selasa (22/1).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pimpinan dan anggota Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Selasa (22/1), melakukan kunjungan kerja (kunker) ke Kabupaten Ngawi. Kunjungan ini untuk studi banding terkait pelaksanaan pemilihan kepala desa (pilkades) serentak.

Ikut pula dalam rombongan pimpinan dan anggota Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung ke Kabupaten Ngawi tersebut, Wakil Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Imam Kambali SE MSi. Ia merupakan koordinator Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung.

Kedatangan para wakil rakyat asal Kota Marmer ini di Kota Ngawi di terima oleh Asisten I Sekda Ngawi, Hermiati Retno Sriwulan MPd . Mereka diterima di Ngawi Command Center lantai II Kantor Bupati Ngawi.

Menurut Ketua Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Drs H Mashud, kedatangan pimpinan dan anggota Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung ke Kabupaten Ngawi untuk studi banding terkait pelaksanaan pilkades serentak. Apalagi di Tulungagung bakal pula segera melaksanakan pilkades serentak pada tahun 2019 ini.

“Ada perbedaan isi perda (peraturan daerah) antara Tulungagung dan Ngawi soal pilkada serentak. Kalau di Ngawi, perdanya mengatur bisa cuti untuk kepala desa yang ikut pilkades. Sementara perda di Tulungagung tidak bicara cuti, melainkan berhenti,” ujarnya.

Mashud menyatakan adanya perbedaan perda tersebut membuat jadwal pelaksanaan pilkades serentak pada tahun 2019 di Tulungagung belum bisa juga ditentukan. Apalagi,masih ada tarik ulur antara aspirasi dari asosiasi kepala desa (AKD) Kabupaten Tulungagung dengan Pemkab Tulungagung dan DPRD Tulungagung soal jadwal tersebut.

“Untuk menyelesaikan perbedaan pendapat ini kami masih mencari dasar. Apa bisa nanti seperti Ngawi yang bisa cuti tanpa berhenti ketika kepala desa mengikuti pilkades. Nanti masih mau dirapatkan bersama,” paparnya.

    а также налоговых поступлений от деятельности инвестора.
    В ходе реализации инвестиционного проекта многие процессы приходилось создавать в первые, при взаимодействии с государственными органами. Так как инвестиционный
    проект был одним из первых на территории РК и практика взаимоотношений между властью РК и инвесторами не была наработана.
