DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD Tulungagung dan Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung akhirnya menyepakati 18 Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) masuk dalam Program Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Propemperda) tahun 2020.

Kesepakatan ini setelah Bapemperda melakukan rapat bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung yang diwakil Kabag Hukum Setda Kabupaten Tulungagung, Saiful Bakri SH MH di Ruang Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung, Senin (4/11).

Ketua Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung, Samsul Huda SAg MPd, seusai rapat mengungkapkan sudah ada kesepakatan untuk memasukkan 18 raperda dalam Propemperda tahun 2020. “Dari jumlah 18 raperda itu, 10 raperda adalah raperda inisiatif DPRD Tulungagung sedang delapan raperda sisanya merupakan usulan eksekutif,” ujarnya.

Rencananya, sebagai tindaklanjut dari kesepakatan dalam rapat hari ini, lanjut Samsul Huda, 18 raperda yang masuk dalam Propemperda tahun 2020 akan diajukan ke Gubernur Jatim. Pengajuan ke gubernur tersebut untuk evaluasi judul ke-18 raperda.

Hal yang sama dikatakan anggota Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung, Heru Santoso MPd. Menurut dia, sudah disepakati ada 18 raperda yang masuk dalam Propemperda tahun 2020. Kendati sebelumnya antara DPRD Tulungagung dan Pemkab Tulungagung sama-sama mengajukan 10 raperda inisiatif atau prakarsa.

Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung saat membahas Propemperda tahun 2020 bersama Kabag Hukum Setda Kabupaten Tulungagung, Saiful Bakri, di Ruang Bapemperda Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Senin (4/11).

“Karena ada dua raperda dari dewan dan eksekutif usulan subtansinya sama maka kemudian disepakati sebagai inisiatif dewan. Sehingga jumlah raperdanya menjadi 18 raperda yang masuk Propemperda,” jelasnya.

Sebelumnya, sebelum rapat antara Bapemperda dan Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung berlangsung, Bapemperda terlebih dulu melakukan rapat bersama pimpinan DPRD Tulungagung. Rapat yang dipimpin Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Marsono SSos, tersebut membahas raperda inisiatif DPRD Tulungagung yang akan diajukan dalam Propemperda tahun 2020.
