Maryoto Birowo menyerahkan Raperda tentang APBD Tahun 2019 pada Supriyono dalam rapat paripurna DPRD Tulungagung, Senin (5/11).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Plt Bupati Tulungagung, Drs Maryoto Birowo MM, menyerahkan Raperda tentang APBD Tahun 2019 kepada Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Supriyono SE MSi, Senin (5/11). Penyerahan berlangsung dalam Rapat Paripurna DPRD Tulungagung di Ruang Graha Wicaksana Lantai II Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

Hadir dalam rapat paripurna tersebut semua pimpinan DPRD Tulungagung dan hampir seluruh anggota DPRD Tulungagung. Selain juga para asisten sekda, staf ahli bupati, kepala OPD lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung dan camat se-Tulungagung.

Maryoto Birowo menyatakan tidak hanya Raperda tentang APBD Tahun 2019 saja yang diserahkan Pemkab Tulungagung pada DPRD Tulungagung untuk dilakukan pembahasan bersama, tetapi ada satu lagi raperda yang diserahkan dalam rapat paripurna DPRD Tulungagung hari ini, Senin (5/11). Yakni Raperda tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kabupaten Tulungagung Tahun 2019-2023.

“Perbedaan pada tahun sebelumnya, untuk RAPBD 2019 sekarang ada anggaran TPP bagi PNS. Besarannya Rp 124 miliar,” ujarnya.

TPP tersebut akan diberikan pada PNS golongan II sampai golongan IV di lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung mulai tahun 2019 dan besaran pemberiannya disesuaikan dengan tugas dan kinerja masing-masing PNS.

Dalam rapat paripurna yang dipimpin oleh Supriyono tersebut, DPRD Tulungagung juga menyerahkan empat raperda inisiatif dewan untuk dibahas bersama Pemkab Tulungagung. Empat raperda tersebut masing-masing adalah Raperda tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa, Raperda tentang Pelayanan Penempatan Dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Ke Luar Negeri, Raperda tentang Pengarusutamaan Gender dan Raperda tentang Jasa Konstruksi.

Menurut Ketua Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung, Heru Santoso SPd MPd, empat raperda yang diserahkan DPRD Tulungagung untuk dibahas bersama eksekutif menjadi perda itu telah dilakukan harmonisasi dan sinkronisasi.
