Pansus Tatib Pemilihan Wabup Studi Banding di Kebumen

Pimpinan dan anggota Pansus Tatib Pemilihan Wabup DPRD Tulungagung saat diterima oleh dua Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Kebumen, Kamis (26/12).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pimpinan dan anggota Panitia Khusus (Pansus) Tata Tertib (Tatib) Pemilihan Wakil Bupati (Wabup) DPRD Tulungagung melakukan kunjungan kerja ke DPRD Kabupaten Kebumen  Jawa Tengah, Kamis (26/12). Kunjungan dalam rangka studi banding terkait proses pemilihan Wabup Tulungagung sisa masa jabatan tahun 2018 – 2023.

Rombongan DPRD Tulungagung yang dipimpin Ketua Pansus Tatib Pemilihan Wabup DPRD Tulungagung, Suprapto SPt MMA, ini diterima oleh dua Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Kebumen. Yakni Fuad Wahyudi ST dan Yuniarti Widayaningsih SE.

Seusai pertemuan, Suprapto mengungkapkan meskipun sama-sama melakukan pemilihan wabup antara Tulungagung dan Kebumen ada perbedaan. “Perbedaan ini terjadi karena kasuistik. Di Kebumen sudah ada rekomendasi dari parpol pengusung disaat membahas Tatib DPRD,” ujarnya.

Karena itu pula, lanjut Suprapto, di Kebumen terkait proses pemilihan wabup diatur dalam Tatib DPRD Kabupaten Kebumen. Berbeda dengan di Tulungagung dimana Tatib DPRD Tulungagung hanya memerintahkan pembentukan panitia pemilihan apabila terjadi kekosongan bupati dan atau wakil bupati.

Politisi asal PDI Perjuangan ini kemudian mengungkapkan soal Tatib Pemilihan Wabup Tulunaggung sudah selesai dilakukan oleh pansus. Bahkan saat konsultasi ke Pemprov Jatim tidak ada masalah.

“Pemprov Jatim bilang untuk diteruskan saja. Sudah cocok. Kini kami tinggal menunggu untuk finaslisasinya dan menunggu pula surat tertulis dari Pemprov Jatim hasil konsultasi karena memang formalnya tertulis dengan surat ,” paparnya.
