DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – DPRD Tulungagung kembali berduka. Anggota DPRD Tulungagung asal Fraksi PKB, HM Zaenudin BA, meninggal dunia pada Selasa (24/12) sekitar pukul 04.00 WIB.

Politisi asal Kecamatan Karangrejo yang sudah lima periode menjabat sebagai wakil rakyat itu meninggal dunia di salah satu rumah sakit di Malang. Ia sebelumnya dirawat karena menderita sakit.

Belum lama ini anggota DPRD Tulungagung lainnya, yakni H Makin dari Partai Bulan Bintang (PBB) juga meninggal dunia. Ia meninggal dunia di RSUD dr Iskak Tulungagung karena sakit.

Saat ini penggantian almarhum H Makin di DPRD Tulungagung sudah dilakukan melalui proses pergantian antarwaktu (PAW). Dan sebagai penggantinya adalah Rizka Wahyu Nurfitasari.

Sekretaris DPRD Tulungagung, Budi Fatahilah Mansyur, Kamis (25/12), menyatakan akan segera pula memproses PAW atas meninggalnya HM Zaenudin. Ia menyebut bakal mengirim surat ke KPU Tulungagung.

“Mengirim surat ke KPU Tulungagung untuk melakukan verifikasi terhadap caleg yang akan menggantikan almarhum,” ujarnya.

Menurutnya, semua proses PAW akan dilakukan berdasar PP Nomor 12 Tahun 2018. Utamanya pasal 109 sampai dengan pasal 112.

“Yang pasti juga setelah ada surat dari PKB dan dari KPU Tulungagung kami akan mengirim surat ke gubernur melalui bupati untuk proses pemberhentian almarhum sekaligus pengangkatan caleg pengganti,” paparnya.

Sementara itu, Ketua DPC PKB Tulungagung yang juga Wakil Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Adib Makarim MH, ketika dikonfirmasi menyatakan PKB saat ini masih berduka atas meninggal dunianya HM Zaenudin. “Untuk PAW kami normatif saja.Sesuai perundang-undangan,” ucapnya.
