Pimpinan dan anggota Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung saat diterima Asisten Sekda Blora Bidang Pembangunan dan Kesra, Buruadi S, di Ruang Setda Kabupaten Blora, Jumat (20/12).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Jumat (20/12), melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Kabupaten Blora Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Kunjungan studi banding ini untuk menambah wawasan dan refrensi dalam upaya mendukung rencana aksi nasional dalam pencegahan pemberantasan penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap narkotika (P4GN) serta prekursor narkotia.

Kedatangan rombongan Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung yang dipompin oleh Ketua Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Gunawan, ini diterima oleh Asisten Sekda Blora Bidang Pembangunan dan Kesra, Buruadi S di Ruang Setda Kabupaten Blora. Selain juga hadir dalam pertemuan tersebut sejumlah OPD lingkup Pemkab Blora. Di antaranya Dinas Kesehatan, Bakesbangpol, Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan KB, Satpol PP, BPKAD, Tapem, Bagian Humas serta Bagian Hukum.

Wakil Ketua Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, H Renno Mardi Putro SPd, seusai pertemuan mengungkapkan studi banding dilakukan ke Kabupaten Blora karena di daerah tersebut telah menetapkan perda sebagai tindaklanjut dari Permendagri No. 12 Tahun 2019 tentang Fasilitasi P4GN dan Prekursor Narkotika.

“Kami mempelajari bagaimana sinergitas pemerintah yang meliputi OPD –OPD bersama lembaga masyarakat dan desa dalam melakukan kegiatan fasilitasi P4GN. Termasuk pula terkait penganggarannya,” paparnya.

Sebelumnya, saat pertemuan, Atim dari Bakesbangpol Kabupaten Blora mengungkapkan pula tentang regulasi rencana aksi nasional P4GN di Kabupaten Blora yang telah ditetapkan pada 23 Oktober 2019 lalu. Regulasi itu mengacu pada Permendagri No. 12 Tahun 2019 tentang Fasilitasi P4GN dan Prekursor Narkotika. “Kabupaten Blora pada tahun 2016 memperoleh juara II secara nasional dalam gerakan P4GN,” ujarnya.

Di Kabupaten Blora gerakan P4GN dilakukan secara sektoral. Masing-masig lembaga telah melaksanakan kegiatan sesuai tupoksinya. Dan karena Kabupaten Blora merupakan daerah perbatasan yang rawan dari peredaran narkotika di setiap desa dibentuk gerakan person in charge (pic). Tujuannya memberikan penjelasan serta pendekatan pada kaun muda akan bahaya narkotika. Uniknya lagi gerakan ini juga dilaksanakan oleh kaum muda atau remaja.
