DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pembangunan kantor baru Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Cabang Tulungagung membuat Sekretaris Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Drs Subani Sirab, berang. Masalahnya, saat ini BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Tulungagung masih menunggak pembayaran Rp 119,7 miliar pada sejumlah rumah sakit dan fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama (FKTP) di tiga kabupaten.

“Ini namanya tidak tahu diri. Karena apa, disela-sela tanggungan BPJS Cabang Tulungagung sekian miliar, sekarang malah membangun (kantor). Apalagi membangun di sana (Jl Yos Sudarso) posisinya tanah yang mahal,” tandasnya, Selasa (19/11).

Menurut dia, sebaiknya BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Tulungagung melakukan pelunasan tanggungan ke rumah sakit dan FKTP terlebih dulu daripada membangun kantor baru. “Karena itu, kami dari Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung akan memanggil Kepala BPJS Kesehatan Tulungagung untuk dimintai klarifikasi,” papar Subani.

Rencananya, lanjut politisi asal Partai Hanura ini, Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung akan melakukan pemanggilan pada Kepala BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Tulungagung besok, Rabu (20/11), pukul 09.00 WIB di Kantor DPRD Tulungagung. Selain juga memanggil Direktur RSUD dr Iskak dan Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tulungagung.

“Dulu ketika ada Jamkesmas semua warga miskin di Tulungagung dapat tercover pengobatannya oleh RSUD dr Iskak, tetapi sekarang ada BPJS Kesehatan malah menunggak. Dana untuk KIS (Kartu Indonesia Sehat) yang dikeluarkan Pemkab Tulungagung itu cukup besar sekitar Rp 30 miliar,” papar Subani lagi.

Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Tulungagung saat ini sedang membangun kantor baru di Jl Yos Sudarso Kota Tulungagung. Di lokasi pembangunan sudah terpampang plang (papan) nama proyek pembangunan gedung kantor BPJS Kesehatan Kelas B Tulungagung dengan waktu pelaksanaan 210 hari. Namun sayangnya di plang tersebut tidak dicantumkan nilai proyeknya.

А дурнушки пусть читают на школьных вечерах Заболоцкого про то, что такое красота: «Сосуд она, в котором пустота, или огонь, мерцающий в сосуде». Скучно и нужно только для тех, кому не повезло.

    Фраза пришлась кстати. Вот, например, в книге или в кино сразу видно, когда появляется предатель или бандит. Руки у него потеют, улыбка фальшивая, брюки и рукава куртки короткие, наигранный смех, а взгляд при этом отводит в сторону — обдумывает, как бы лучше обмануть. Остальные герои просто наивные, не сразу замечают. Но мы-то видим сразу. Да и в жизни тот, кто нам неприятен, имеет, как правило, отталкивающие манеры, внешность и даже фамилию. По манере одеваться легко можно определить, кто щелкопер, а кто кинозвезда.

    Но все мы еще при этом и идеалисты, ибо свято убеждены в собственной нравственной непорочности. Искренне верим в то, что говорим, и думаем, что думаем то, что думаем в данную минуту, а хотим того, чего хотят все хорошие люди на земле. Тут и соображать ничего не надо — достаточно посмотреть в глаза, которые ведь никогда не лгут (эта поговорка годилась).

    Боже, с какой наивностью и бесстрашием можно было тогда предложить посмотреть в глаза и как хороша была жизнь в лучезарно-одномерном мире!
