DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pimpinan dan anggota Komisi D DPRD Tulungagung berang setelah melihat kondisi pembangunan pasar hewan terpadu di Desa Sumberdadi Kecamatan Sumbergempol, Rabu (31/7). Mereka prihatin karena bangunan tersebut saat ini dibiarkan mangkrak dan kondisi sebagian bangunannya mulai ada yang rusak.

“Kami melihat bangunannya sudah ada yang retak-retak. Padahal belum ditempati,” ujar Ketua Komisi D DPRD Tulungagung, Saiful Anwar SH MH setelah melakukan sidak bersama anggota Komisi D DPRD Tulungagung ke lokasi pembangunan Pasar Hewan Terpadu Tulungagung.

Menurut dia, keadaan tersebut sangat disesalkan. Apalagi Pasar Hewan Terpadu itu akan menjadi tempat baru bagi pedagang dan pembeli sapi serta kambing di Kota Tulungagung.

Saiful Anwar pun menyatakan saat ini pembangunan Pasar Hewan Terpadu secara fisik belum dapat dikatakan selesai 100 persen.  “Kalau keadaannya seperti itu kami menilai baru selesai antara 80 persen sampai 85 persen. Belum dapat segera ditempati,” tuturnya.

Seperti diketahui, rencananya Pasar Hewan Tulungagung saat ini yang berada di Desa Beji Kecamatan Boyolangu akan segera dipindah ke Pasar Hewan Terpadu. Lokasi pasar hewan lama bakal dijadikan Mal Pelayanan Terpadu.

Saiful Anwar selanjutnya menandaskan terkait mangkraknya pembangunan Pasar Hewan terpadu, Komisi D DPRD Tulungagung akan memanggil Plt Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Tulungagung sebagai pelaksana pembangunannya. “Nanti kami jadwalkan untuk memanggil Plt Kepala PUPR. Harus dijelaskan mengapa hal itu terjadi,” katanya.

Komisi D DPRD Tulungagung selama tiga hari terakhir  ini mulai Senin (29/7) lalu melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) ke sejumlah proyek infrastruktur di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Selain Pasar Hewan Terpadu, mereka juga melakukan sidak di antaranya di talud sungai di Desa Waung Kecamatan Boyolangu dan pompa air di Desa Moyoketen Kecamatan Boyolangu.
