Pimpinan dan anggota Komisi A saat melakukan evaluasi Perda tentang Disiplin PNS dengan pakar dari Universitas Brawijaya, Rabu (31/7).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Seiring dengan perkembangan status Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang beralih menjadi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung melakukan evaluasi terhadap  Perda tentang Displin PNS, Rabu (31/7). Evaluasi perda ini dilakukan Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung bersama pakar dari Universitas Brawijaya Malang di Ruang Sidang Gedung Pendidikan Vokasi Lantai lima Universitas Brawijaya Malang.

Hadir dalam kegiatan ini pimpinan dan anggota Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung. Mereka dipimpin Ketua Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Drs H Mashud.

Sedang dari Universitas Brawijaya Malang yang menjadi narasumber masing-masing adalah Dr Iwan Permadi SH Mhum dan Dr Dewi Cahyandari SH MH.

Menurut Mashud, Perda tentang Disiplin PNS perlu dievaluasi karena ada perubahan terkait PNS yang kini menjadi ASN. PNS saat ini merupakan bagian dari ASN yang didalamnya juga ada pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK).“Karena itu perlu ada evaluasi perdanya,” katanya.

Politisi asal PKB ini selanjutnya menyatakan perlu ada kejelian perda bila menerapkan sanksi atau larangan bagi ASN. Masalahnya, antara PNS dan PPPK tandatangan SK-nya berbeda. “Hal-hal seperti  ini yang kami evaluasi,” ucapnya.
