Samsul Huda memaparkan Raperda tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa saat rapat bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung, Selasa (15/1).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Panitia Khusus (Pansus) I DPRD Tulungagung mulai melakukan pembahasan Raperda tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung, Selasa (15/1). Pembahasan berlangsung di Ruang Aspirasi Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

Hadir dalam rapat pembahasan ini sejumlah anggota Pansus I DPRD Tulungagung. Termasuk Ketua Pansus I DPRD Tulungagung, Samsul Huda SAg MPd, yang sekaligus memipin jalan rapat pembahasan.

Sedang dari Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung hadir perwakilan dari beberapa OPD lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung. Mereka dipimpin oleh Sekretaris Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (PMD) Kabupaten Tulungagung, Iswahyudi.

Samsul Huda menyatakan rapat pembahasan bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung merupakan kelanjutan dari pembahasan yang dilakukan secara internal oleh Pansus I DPRD Tulungagung. “Saat ini kami melakukan rapat pembahasan lanjutan dengan tim asistensi Pemkab Tulungagung,” katanya.

Menurut dia, Raperda tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa sudah melalui proses naskah akademik dan kajian di daerah lain yang sudah menerapkannya. “Karena itu kami dalam rapat pembahasan bersama tim asistensi Pemkab Tulungagung juga meminta masukan-masukan terkait raperda tersebut,” tuturnya.

Samsul Huda mengakui Perda tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa di Tulungagung sudah pernah ada. Namun demikian, perda itu harus mengalami perubahan hampir secara total karena adanya   Permendagri baru terkait pengelolaan keuangan desa, yakni Permendagri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018.

Ia memperkirakan pembahasan Raperda tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung  akan berlangsung relatif tidak lama. “Sesuai target akhir bulan ini juga kami perkirakan sudah selesai,” ucapnya.
