DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD Tulungagung, Senin (14/1) melakukan rapat bersama Pemkab Tulungagung terkait hasil konsultasi Propemperda Tahun 2019 dari Gubernur Jatim. Rapat berlangsung di Ruang Bepemperda lantai II Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

Hadir dalam rapat yang dipimpin Ketua Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung, Heru Santoso MPd, ini sebagian anggota Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung. Di antaranya, Drs H Imam Ngaqoib MH dan Hj Tutut Sholihah.

Sedang dari Pemkab Tulungagung yang hadir yakni Plt Asisten III Sekda Tulungagung, Ir Sigit Widiono Purwo, dan perwakilan dari OPD, yakni Bagian Administrasi Hukum Setda Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Menurut Heru Santoso, rapat diselenggarakan untuk menindaklanjuti hasil konsultasi Propemperda Tahun 2019 dari Gubernur Jatim. “Ada beberapa raperda yang direkomendasikan untuk diubah judulnya dan ada yang direkomendasikan untuk hanya diatur di perbup (peraturan bupati),” ujarnya.

Adapun raperda yang direkomendasikan untuk diubah judulnya, yakni Raperda tentang Kemasyarakatan Desa menjadi Raperda Pemberdayaan Kemasyarakatan Desa/Kelurahan, Raperda tentang Santunan Kematian diubah menjadi Raperda tentang Santunan Kematian Bagi Masyarakat Tulungagung, Raperda tentang Pemotongan Hewan dan Penanganan Daging diubah menjadi Raperda tentang Pemotongan Hewan dan Pemeriksaan Daging ,serta Raperda tentang Perlindungan Cagar Budaya diubah menjadi Raperda Pengelolaan Cagar Budaya.

Sedang raperda yang direkomendasikan untuk hanya diatur dalam perbup adalah Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Imunisasi. “Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Imunisasi cukup hanya diatur dalam perbup karena alasannya sudah merupakan program pemerintah pusat,” beber Heru Santoso.
