Heru Santoso (batik berkopiah) menyampaikan beberapa pertanyaan terkait pelaksanaan PP Nomor 12 tahun 2018 saat audiensi dengan Badan Keahlian DPRD RI, Jumat (14/12).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pimpinan dan anggota Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD Tulungagung melakukan audiensi dengan Badan Keahlian DPR RI, Jumat (14/12). Audiensi berlangsung di Ruang Kapus Perancangan Undang-Undang (PUU) Setjen DPR RI Lantai 7.

Kedatangan pimpinan dan anggota Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung yang dipimpin Ketua Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung, Heru Santoso SPd MPd, ini diterima oleh Kapus Perancangan Undang-Undang DPR RI, Dr Inosentius Samsul SH MHum. Dan mereka pun kemudian melakukan audiensi terkait  peran Bapemperda dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan sesuai dengan pasal 21 PP tahun 2018 tentang Tata Tertib DPRD.

Seusai audiensi, Heru Santoso SPd MPd, mengungkapkan ada beberapa agenda dari Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung yang disampaikan saat beraudiensi dengan Badan Keahlian DPR RI. “Yang utama adalah konsultasi pelaksanaan PP Nomor 12 tahun 2018 tentang Tata Tertib DPRD. Khususnya pasal 21 tentang mekanisme pengawasan evaluasi dan efektifitas pelaksanaan perda, perkada dan perundang-undangan lainnya,” ujarnya.

Selain itu, lanjut dia, Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung juga menanyakan tentang Program Legislasi Nasional (Prolegnas) tahun 2019. Terutama yang berkaitan dengan revisi UU Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) .

“Kami pun mengusulkan agar ada evaluasi terhadap UU Nomor 23 tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda). Ini agar tidak banyak berbenturan dengan undang-undang lainnya,” paparnya.
