DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pimpinan dan anggota Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung melakukan kunjungan kerja (kunker) ke Pemkab Maros Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan (Sulsel), Rabu (19/12). Kunker ini dalam rangka studi banding tentang masalah kependudukan.

Rombongan anggota Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung yang dipimpin Ketua Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Drs H Mashud, ini diterima oleh Asisten I Pemkab Maros, Ir H Burhanudin MM, di Ruang Rapat Wakil Bupati Maros.

Menurut H Mashud, ada beberapa masalah kependudukan yang ditanyakan anggota Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung pada Burhanudin. Utamanya tentang kesiapan dalam pelayanan kartu tanda penduduk elektronik (KTP-el) jelang Pemilu 2019 yang dilaksanakan pada Rabu tanggal 17 April 2019.

“Dari jumlah penduduk 400 ribuan jiwa di Kabupaten Maros mereka masih punya stok blangko KTP-el sebanyak 21 ribu. Sedang di Tulungagung dengan jumlah penduduk sekitar 1,2 juta jiwa hanya punya stok blanko KTP-el sebanyak 500 saja,” ujarnya.

Selain itu, lanjut Mashud, Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung juga menanyakan tentang masalah percepatan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan, layanan online untuk pengurusan akte kelahiran dan kartu identitas anak (KIA).

Menanggapi pertanyaan dari Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Burhanudin mengungkapkan Pemkab Maros sudah melakukan berbagai upaya dalam kesiapan pelayanan KTP-el bagi masyarakat setempat jelang Pemilu 2019. “Seperti dengan melakukan perekaman KTP-el ke kecamatan, desa dan sekolah. Selain juga mengunjungi orang yang sedang sakit,” tuturnya.
