Seragam Gratis Seminggu Harus Terdistribusi Ke Sekolah

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Ketua Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Drs H Mashud, mendesak Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda dan Olahraga (Dindikpora) Kabupaten Tulungagung untuk menuntaskan pendistribusian seragam sekolah gratis ke seluruh sekolah di Tulungagung pada pekan ini.

“Setelah hearing kemarin dengan Dindikpora katanya batas waktu semua seragam sekolah gratis di dinas tanggal 20 Oktober. Karena itu, paling lambat dalam seminggu ini sudah harus terdistribusi ke sekolah-sekolah,” tandasnya, Senin (22/10).

Menurut dia, waktu sepekan untuk pendistribusian seragam sekolah gratis ke sekolah-sekolah sudah cukup dan tidak dapat ditawar lagi. “Kami kira dengan waktu seminggu sudah cukup. Distribusi ke sekolah yang berada di barat, timur, utara dan selatan cukup satu minggu,” tandasnya lagi.

Mashud mengingatkan agar waktu sepekan ini segera digunakan untuk mendistribusikan seragam dan perlengkapan sekolah lainnya seperti yang sudah dianggarkan dalam APBD 2018. Masalahnya, jika sampai meleset Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung tidak segan-segan akan kembali memanggil Kepala Dindikpora Kabupaten Tulungagung, Suharno SPd MPd.

“Kalau sampai meleset dari seminggu, sudah harus ada evaluasi. Nanti akan kami panggil lagi kepala dinasnya,” paparnya.

Selanjutnya, sebagai Ketua Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Mashud membeberkan sampai hari ini, Senin (22/10), belum mendapat laporan dari Dindikpora Kabupaten Tulungagung apakah seragam sekolah gratis sudah ada di Kantor Dindikpora dan terdistribusi ke sekolah-sekolah atau belum. “Jawaban dari Dindikpora ketika saya telepon barusan katanya sedang rapat. Padahal saya tanyanya sudah terdistribusi (seragam sekolah) apa belum,” ucapnya kecewa,

Tahun depan, lanjut Mashud, harus ada evaluasi terkait program pembagian seragam sekolah gratsi bagi siswa kelas 1 SD/MI dan kelas 7 SMP/MTs itu. Ia berharap siswa tidak lagi mendapat seragam sekolah gratis yang sudah jadi, tetapi mendapat kainnya saja dan sekolah menunjuk penjahit di sekitar sekolah untuk menjahitkan seragam tersebut. “Jadi tidak lama seperti sekarang ini jadinya. Dan ini untuk memberdayakan UMKM khususnya penjahit di sekitar sekolah,” paparnya lagi.
