DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Kamis (27/9) kedatangan tamu pimpinan dan anggota Panitia Khusus (Pansus) Perubahan Tata Tertib (Tatib) DPRD Lumajang. Mereka bermaksud studi banding terkait perubahan tatib dewan yang juga dilakukan oleh Pansus Perubahan Kedua Atas Peraturan DPRD Tulungagung No. 1 Tahun 2014 tentang Tatib DPRD Tulungagung.

Kedatangan pimpinan dan anggota Pansus Perubahan Tatib DPRD Lumajang yang dipimpin Ketua Pansus Tatib DPRD Lumajang, Solikin SH, ini diterima oleh Ketua Pansus Perubahan Kedua Atas Peraturan DPRD Tulungagung No. 1 Tahun 2014 tentang Tatib DPRD Tulungagung, Suprapto SPt MMA, di Ruang Graha Wicaksana Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

Seusai pertemuan, Suprapto mengungkapkan kedatangan pimpinan dan anggota Pansus Tatib DPRD Lumajang untuk sharing bersama Pansus Perubahan Tatib DPRD Tulungagung. Utamanya, terkait hal-hal yang krusial dalam perubahan tatib yang merujuk pada Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 12 Tahun 2018 tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Tata Tertib DPRD Provinsi, Kabupaten dan Kota.

“Yang sempat didiskusikan tadi terkait mekanisme pemilihan jika terjadi kekosongan kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah atau wakil kepala daerah. Kemudian masalah tupoksi komisi, tata kerja pimpinan dan perpindahan personalia antar alat kelengkapan,” ujarnya.

Selain itu, lanjut Suprapto yang lekat dengan sapaan nama Buyung ini, dalam pertemuan tersebut disampaikan kabar jika Pansus DPRD daerah lain mengusulkan partai politik selain partai politik pengusung jika terjadi kekosongan kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah atau wakil kepala daerah dapat mengusung calon untuk dipilih di DPRD. “Kalau yang ini di DPRD Tulungagung tidak berani memasukkannya dalam tatib. Karena memang aturannya tidak begitu di PP No. 12 Tahun 2018,” tuturnya.

Sesuai rencana, Pansus Perubahan Tatib DPRD yang menyesuaikan dengan PP No. 12 Tahun 2018 sudah harus menyelesaikan tugasnya pada bulan Oktober mendatang. Mereka diberi kesempatan menyelesaikan perubahan tatib tersebut selama enam bulan sejak terbitnya PP No. 12 tahun 2018 pada bulan April 2018 lalu.
