DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – DPRD Tulungagung dalam kurun waktu tahun 2018 bakal membahas 15 Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) bersama Pemkab Tulungagung. Ke-15 raperda tersebut akan dibahas dalam tiga masa sidang, yakni masa sidang II tahun sidang IV (Januari – April 2018), masa sidang III tahun sidang IV (Mei – Agustus 2018) dan masa sidang I tahun sidang V (September – Desember 2018).
Rencana pembahasan 15 raperda yang telah masuk dalam Program Pembentukan Perda Kabupaten Tulungagung tahun 2018 ini sudah diumumkan oleh Wakil Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Imam Kambali SE MSi dalam Sidang Paripurna Istimewa Penyampaian Hasil Rekomendasi DPRD tentang Pembahasan LKPJ Akhir Tahun Anggaran 2017 dan LKPJ Akhir Masa Jabatan Bupati Tulungagung Tahun 2013 – 2017 serta Pengumuman Usulan Pemberhentian Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Tulungagung Masa Jabatan 2013 – 2018 di Ruang Graha Wicaksana Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Jumat (26/1) malam.
Adapun ke-15 raperda tersebut masing-masing adalah (sesuai masa sidang) :
I. Masa Sidang II Tahun Sidang IV (Januari – April 2018)
- Raperda tentang Perubahan Ketiga Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 5 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan dan Penyelenggaraan Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung
- Raperda tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 Tahun 2015 tentang Kepala Desa
- Raperda tentang Kesejahteraan, Perlindungan Keluarga Miskin
- Raperda tentang PD BPR Bank Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung
- Raperda tentang Perlindungan Keanekaragaman Hayati
II. Masa Sidang III Tahun Sidang IV (Mei – Agustus 2018)
- Raperda tentang Perubahan Ketiga Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 16 Tahun 2010 tentang Pajak Daerah
- Raperda tentang Pertanggungjawaban APBD Tahun Anggaran 2017

- Raperda tentang Pemberdayaan Bididaya Perikanan
- Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan
III. Masa Sidang I Tahun Sidang V (September – Desember 2018)
