DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Setelah kemarin melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) di beberapa lokasi minimarket berjaringan yang berdekatan dengan pasar rakyat (pasar tradisional), pimpinan dan anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Rabu (10/1), kembali melakukan sidak serupa di beberapa lokasi lainnya.

Ketua Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Drs Subani Sirab menyatakan hari ini, Rabu (10/1), Komisi C melakukan sidak di sejumlah kecamatan. Di antaranya Kecamatan Sumbergempol, Kecamatan Ngunut dan Kecamatan Rejotangan.

“Dari hasil sidak itu kami menemukan lagi tiga minimarket berjaringan yang dekat dengan pasar rakyat, tetapi belum terdata oleh Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Tulungagung,” ujarnya.

Dengan bertambahnya tiga minimarket berjaringan yang diketahui belum terdata DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tulungagung, lanjut Subani, maka kini jumlah minimarket berjaringan yang berjarak kurang dari 1.000 meter tidak lagi 15 minimarket, namun sudah berjumlah 18 minimarket. “Ini kemungkinannya akan bertambah lagi. Kami akan lanjutkan terus sidak seperti ini,” tandasnya.

Hal yang sama ditegaskan Wakil Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Agus Budiarto SE Ak. Menurut dia, dengan adanya sidak akan diketahui secara akurat jumlah dari minimarket berjaringan yang jaraknya kurang dari 1.000 meter dari pasar rakyat.

Ia yakin jumlah minimarket berjaringan yang dekat pasar rakyat tidak hanya sejumlah 18 minimarket. “Nantinya kemungkinan jumlah minimarket berjaringan di Tulungagung yang kini terdata 888 minimarket akan tinggal 70 atau 60-an minimarket saja. Ini sejalan dengan ditutupnya minimarket berjaringan yang berada di radius kurang 1.000 meter dari pasar rakyat,” katanya.

Agus Budiarto menyebut penutupan minimarket berjaringan yang dekat pasar rakyat tersebut akan dilakukan enam bulan setelah Perda tentang Penataan dan Pembinaan Pasar Rakyat, Pusat Perbelanjaan dan Toko Swalayan diundangkan.  “Itu artinya sekitar enam bulan lagi minimarket berjaringan yang berada di dekat pasar rakyat akan ditutup,” ucapnya.

Ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui keakuratan data jumlah sebenarnya dari minimarket berjaringan yang berjarak kurang 1.000 meter dari pasar rakyat.

“Kami harus memastikan berapa jumlah minimarket berjaringan yang dekat dengan pasar rakyat. Tidak hanya dari data DPMPTSP saja, tetapi dengan melihat dan mendata langsung ke lapangan,” ujar Ketua Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Drs Subani.

Selain itu, menurut dia, dengan dilakukannya sidak, Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung sekaligus melakukan sosialisasi pada minimarket berjaringan yang jaraknya kurang dari 1.000 meter dari pasar rakyat untuk bersiap-siap ditutup sesuai Perda tentang Penataan dan Pembinaan Pasar Rakyat, Pusat Perbelanjaan dan Toko Swalayan.

Hal yang sama dikatakan anggota Komisi C, H Heru Santoso MPd. Bahkan menurut dia, dari hasil sidak di lapangan ditemukan beberapa minimarket berjaringan dekat pasar modern yang belum terdata oleh DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tulungagung. “Data DPMPTSP menyebutkan minimarket berjaringan yang dekat pasar rakyat berjumlah 12 minimarket, padahal setelah dicek di lapangan ada beberapa minimarket berjaringan lainnya yang belum terdata. Seperti, di Kecamatan Karangrejo ada dua minimerket dekat pasar rakyat yang didata hanya satu minimarket. Kemudian di Kecamatan Kauman, ada tiga minimarket yang dekat pasar rakyat tetapi yang didata hanya satu minimarket,” paparnya.

Heru Santoso meminta DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tulungagung lebih akurat dan detail dalam melakukan pendataan pasar swalayan yang dekat dengan pasar rakyat. “Kami pun berharap pula masyarakat dapat memberikan informasi kepada Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung terkait keberadaan toko swalayan atau minimarket berjaringan yang dekat dengan pasar rakyat,” tambahnya.

Begitupun yang disampaikan Sekretaris Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, H Fendy Yuniar M SE. Ia menyatakan dari hasil sidak banyak ditemukan minimarket berjaringan yang didirikan berdekatan dengan pasar rakyat. “Banyak temuan yang yang harus disesuaikan dengan Permendag dan Perda,” tandasnya.
