Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung saat melakukan pembahasan LKPJ Bupati Tulungagung bersama para camat se-Tulungagung di Ruang Graha Wicaksana Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Kamis (11/1).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Komisi-Komisi di DPRD Tulungagung mulai melakukan pembahasan Laporan Keterangan Pertanggungjawaban (LKPJ) Bupati Tulungagung. Pembahasan dilakukan bersama OPD lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung mitra kerja masing-masing komisi.

Seperti Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung yang Kamis (11/1), melakukan pembahasan LKPJ Bupati Tulungagung bersama mitra kerjanya. Yakni, Bagian Pemerintahan Setda Kabupaten Tulungagung, Camat se-Tulungagung dan Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kabupaten Tulungagung. Sementara Komisi D DPRD Tulungagung di waktu yang sama juga melakukan pembahasan LKPJ Bupati Tulungagung bersama Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Sekretaris DPRD (Sekwan) Tulungagung, Drs Budi Fatahillah mansyur MSi, Kamis (11/1), mengungkapkan pembahasan LKPJ Bupati Tulungagung tahun 2017 dan LKPJ akhir masa jabatan Bupati Tulungagung dilakukan maksimal sampai Minggu (28/1) mendatang. “Sesuai aturan yang berlaku, DPRD melakukan pembahasan LKPJ Bupati selama satu bulan sejak diserahkan,” katanya.

Seperti diketahui, penyerahan LKPJ tahun 2017 dan LKPJ akhir masa jabatan Bupati Tulungagung oleh Bupati Tulungagung, Syahri Mulyo SE MSi pada Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Supriyono SE MSi berlangsung pada  Kamis (28/12) lalu. Penyerahan dilakukan dalam rapat paripurna DPRD Tulungagung.

Menurut Budi Fatahillah dengan dibahasnya LKPJ Bupati Tulungagung tersebut dapat diartikan DPRD Tulungagung akan memberikan rekomendasi terhadap LPKJ tahunan dan akhir masa jabatan bupati tersebut.”Rekomendasi untuk penyempurnaan atas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan ke depan,” bebernya.

Namun sebaliknya, lanjut dia, jika penyerahan LKPJ Bupati Tulungagung tidak ditanggapi oleh DPRD Tulungagung, maka dianggap tidak ada rekomendasi untuk penyempurnaan atas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan ke depan. “Ini sesuai PP No. 3 tahun 2007 tentang Laporan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintah Daerah. Tetapi, di Tulungagung, DPRD Tulungagung sekarang melakukan pembahasan LKPJ Bupati. Ini menandakan DPRD Tulungagung akan memberikan rekomendasi,” paparnya.
