Desak RSUD Terapkan Loket Pendaftaran Online

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Kalangan DPRD Tulungagung mendesak RSUD dr Iskak untuk segera menerapkan sistem pelayanan online untuk pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan dan apotek. Masalahnya, selama ini di loket pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan atau poli dan apotek sering kali terjadi penumpukan pasien serta keluarga pasien yang membuat antrean panjang.

“Pendaftaran secara online akan membuat pasien atau keluarga pasien yang melakukan pendaftaran tidak menumpuk atau antre di depan loket pendaftaran,” ujar anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, H Heru Santoso MPd, di Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Selasa (11/7).

Pendaftaran online, lanjut dia, akan mengurangi antrean di poli-poli yang selama ini juga terlihat menumpuk dan membuat antrean. “Kalau bisa online mengapa tidak dilakukan. Kami yakin RSUD bisa melakukannya,” paparnya.

Selanjutnya, politisi asal PDI Perjuangan ini menyatakan tidak hanya di loket pendaftaran yang bisa dibuat sistem online, tetapi juga di apotek. Dua apotek yang dimiliki RSUD dr Iskak Tulungagung, menurut Heru Santoso, kini keadaannya tidak jauh berbeda dengan pelayanan di loket pendaftaran. Sama-sama sering terjadi penumpukan dan membuat antrean panjang.

“Kami berharap dua pelayanan di loket pendaftaran dan apotek menjadi perhatian RSUD untuk menggunakan sistem online. Kami sudah berencana untuk bertemu dengan pimpinan RSUD dr Iskak guna merealisasikan rencana ini,” paparnya lagi.

Hal yang sama diungkapkan Sekretaris Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, H Fendy Yuniar M SE. Menurut politisi asal PAN ini, sudah waktunya RSUD dr Iskak Tulungagung membuat terobosan dengan penerapan sistem online untuk pelayanan loket pendaftaran dan apotek.

“Dengan pelayanan online akan memudahkan para pasien atau keluarga pasien rawat jalan. Mereka tidak perlu antre karena dengan sistem online dapat diakses melalui telepon pintar (smartphone),” katanya.

Penerapan pelayalayan online, lanjut Fendy Yuniar akan pula membuat sumberdaya manusia, utamanya dokter dan paramedis di RSUD dr Iskak lebih tertib. Mereka akan diharuskan datang tepat waktu dan selalu standby (bersiap) karena sistemnya sudah online.
