DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Panitia Khusus I DPRD Tulungagung, Selasa (11/4), melakukan rapat bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung. Rapat berlangsung di Ruang Graha Wicaksana Kantor Pemkab Tulungagung.

Ada dua raperda yang dibahas. Kedua Raperda itu masing-masing Raperda tentang Pencabutan Beberapa Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung dan Raperda tentang Percepatan Peningkatan Cakupan Kepemilikan Akta Kelahiran.

Rapat dipimpinan oleh Ketua Pansus I DPRD Tulungagung, Drs Imam Ngaqoib MH. Sementara dari Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung dipimpin Kabag Hukum Kabupaten Tulungagung, Saiful Bakri SH MH.

Imam Ngaqoib dalam rapat sempat mempertanyakan sebagian perda yang akan dicabut. Seperti Perda No. 16 Tahun 2010 tentang Pajak Daerah, Perda No. 10 Tahun 2012 tentang Perlindungan Mata Air dan Perda No. 1 Tahun 2014 tentang Pembentukan Produk Hukum Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Menjawab pertanyaan Imam Ngagoib, Saiful Bakri menjelaskan dalam perda-perda tersebut tidak semua dicabut. Masing-masing perda hanya sebagian pasalnya saja yang dicabut. “Jadi (pasal) yang lainnya tetap berlaku,” katanya.

Sedang tiga perda dari enam perda yang diajukan untuk dicabut yakni Perda No. 11 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengelolaan Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara, Perda No. 27 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengelolaan Wilayah Pesisir dan Pulau-pulau Kecil Berbasis Masyarakat dan Perda No. 24 Tahun 2011 tentang Pengelolaan Air Tanah, kesemuanya dicabut dan tidak akan berlaku lagi.

Hadir dalam rapat Pansus I DPRD Tulungagung bersama Tim Asistensi Pemkab Tulungagung beberapa anggota Pansus I DPRD Tulungagung. Di antaranya selain Imam Ngaqoib, yakni Drs H Mashud, Riyanah SH MH MM dan Tutut Sholihah.
