Pembahasan Dua Raperda oleh Pansus II berlangsung di Ruang Aspirasi Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Selasa (27/12).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Panitia Khusus (Pansus) II DPRD Tulungagung, Selasa (27/12), melakukan pembahasan dua Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda). Pembahasan dilakukan bersama instansi terkait di lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung.

Kedua raperda yang dibahas tersebut adalah Raperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung No. 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Ketahanan Pangan dan Raperda tentang Pengelolaan Kemeterologian Dan Retribusi Pelayanan Tera/Tera Ulang di Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Pembahasan berlangsung di Ruang Aspirasi Kantor DPRD Tulungagung. Hampir semua anggota Pansus II hadir termasuk Ketua Komisi B DPRD Tulungagung, Widodo Prasetyo SE dan Koordinator Komisi B DPRD Tulungagung yang juga Wakil Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Adib Makarim SAg MH.

Menurut Adib Makarim, Perda Ketahanan Pangan diperlukan karena sangat penting dalam rangka pembangunan manusia yang berkualitas, mandiri dan sejahtera. “Ketersediaan pangan yang cukup, aman, bermutu, bergizi dan beragam serta tersebar mereta di seluruh wilayah diharapkan dapat terjangkau oleh daya beli masyarakat,” katanya.

Sedang, Perda tentang Pengelolaan Kemetrologian dan Retribusi Pelayanan Tera/Tera Ulang diperlukan untuk kepentingan umum. Utamanya, di sektor industri dan perdagangan.

“Perda diperlukan untuk adanya jaminan dalam kebenaran pengukuran serta adanya ketertiban dan kepastian hukum dalam pemakaian satuan ukuran, standar satuan, metode pengukuran dan alat-alat ukur, takar, timbang dan perlengkapannya (UTTP) serta UUTP tertentu,” paparnya.
