DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pimpinan dan anggota Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Jumat (29/11), melakukan kunjungan studi banding di Pemkot Tangerang Selatan (Tangsel) Provinsi Banten. Studi banding ini untuk mempelajari masalah ketertiban umum.

Semua pimpinan dan anggota Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung ikut serta dalam kunjungan studi banding tersebut. Termasuk Ketua Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Gunawan, dan Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Marsono SSos, yang merupakan koordinator Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung.

Kedatangan rombongan Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung ini diterima oleh Staf Ahli Wali Kota Tangsel Bidang Pemerintahan, Politik dan Hukum, H Dadang Raharja di Gedung Gintung Lantai 4 Kantor Wali Kota Tangsel.

Dari pertemuan tersebut didapat penjelasan dari Dadang, di Kota Tangsel untuk permasalahan ketertiban umum selalu dibahas oleh Forkopimda setempat secara rutin setiap minggu. Utamanya yang terkait dengan gepeng (gelandangan dan pengemis), pengangguran dan anak-anak punk.

Selain itu, dalam masalah ketertiban umum itu juga dibahas terkait penataan pedagang kaki lima, peredaran dan perdagangan minuman keras

Dadang  menuturkan pula jika masalah-masalah yang terkait dengan ketertiban umum di Kota Tangsel semuanya sudah berpayung hukum. Yakni dengan pembuatan peraturan daerah (perda).
