Asrori (berpeci) memimpin hearing sebelum kemudian menghentikannya karena tidak dihadiri oleh Kepala BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Tulungagung, Rabu (20/11).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Hearing antara Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung bersama BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Tulungagung, RSUD dr Iskak, Dinas Kesehatan, BPKAD dan Bappeda Kabupaten Tulungagung, Rabu (20/11), di Ruang Graha Wicaksana Kantor DPRD Tulungagung mendadak dihentikan oleh Ketua Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, H Asrori SH. Penghentian hearing ini setelah Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung tahu Kepala BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Tulungagung, M. Idar Aries Munandar, tidak  hadir dalam hearing tersebut.

“Kami akan jadwal ulang lagi. Masalah yang akan dibahas bersama BPJS Kesehatan ini sebenarnya menyangkut hidup orang banyak,” tandas Asrori seusai mengakiri hearing yang baru berlangsung lima menit.

Menurut dia, dalam rapat tersebut BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Tulungagung hanya diwakili para kabid dan staf. “Kepala BPJS-nya katanya lagi di Pacitan,” bebernya.

Ia menyayangkan jika yang menjadi alasan ketidakhadiran Idar Aries karena undangan dari DPRD Tulungagung dinilai terlalu mepet.  Terlebih, yang akan dibahas bersama BPJS Kesehatan adalah soal yang penting dan urgen sehingga perlu diselesaikan sesegera mungkin.

Hal yang sama dikatakan anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Drs Subani Sirab. Menurutnya dengan rapat bersama itu diharapkan akan  menyelesaikan persoalan BPJS Kesehatan. Seperti persoalan tunggakan yang mencapai 119,7 miliar.

“Kepala BPJS Kesehatan mengabaikan hearing ini. Ia lebih mementingkan ke Pacitan,” paparnya.

Sementara itu, Wadir Umum dan Keuangan RSUD dr Iskak Tulungagung, Yudi Rahmawan, yang hari ini juga hadir dalam hearing mengungkapkan sampai saat ini BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Tulungagung mempunyai tunggakan Rp 49,162 miliar pada RSUD dr Iskak. Akibat tunggakan pembayaran tersebut, RSUD dr Iskak sampai melakukan penundaan pembangunan ruang rawat inap kelas III yang rencananya akan mulai dibangun pada tahun ini.

“Tunggakan BPJS Kesehatan mengganggu operasional RSUD dr Iskak. Utamanya, pembangunan rawat inap kelas III bisa jadi tertunda tahun depan,” tuturnya.
