Suprapto memberi penjelasan pada para pengunjuk rasa di depan pintu gerbang TPA Segawe, Selasa (29/10).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – DPRD Tulungagung memenuhi tuntutan warga Desa Segawe, Desa Penjor dan Desa Gambiran Kecamatan Pagerwojo yang meminta perbaikan jalan akses masuk desa yang rusak dan berlubang.

Pemenuhan tuntutan ini disampaikan anggota Komisi D DPRD Tulungagung, Suprapto SPt MMA dan Saiful Anwar SH MH saat bersama Plt Kepala Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Tulungagung, Dwi Hari Subagyo, menemui sebagian warga Desa Segawe, Desa Penjor dan Desa Gambiran yang berunjuk rasa di depan pintu gerbang Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) sampah di Desa Segawe, Selasa (29/10).

Suprapto menyatakan perbaikan jalan yang rusak segera dilakukan oleh Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Tulungagung. “Mulai hari ini juga akan diperbaiki jalan yang rusak dan berlubang,” ujarnya.

Ia menyebut di RAPBD tahun 2020 juga sudah dianggarkan untuk perbaikan jalan menuju TPA Segawe. “Sudah ada di rencana definitif. Jadi untuk hari ini jalan yang berlubang di tutup dulu dengan PC, diratakan dulu. Dan tahun 2020 diperbaiki lagi dengan dana APBD,” paparnya.

Sebelumnya, setidaknya 300 warga yang melakukan aksi unjuk rasa sempat memblokir dua pintu masuk TPA Segawe. Mereka menuding jalan rusak diakibatkan truk-truk pengangkut sampah yang hilir mudik di jalan tersebut.

Akibat aksi ini, truk-truk sampah sempat tidak bisa membuang muatannya di TPA Segawe. Apalagi warga mengancam jika sampai tuntutannya tidak segera direalisasi mereka akan menyegel TPA Segawe.

Sebagian pengunjuk rasa membentangkan poster dan spanduk di pintu gerbang TPA Segawe.

Suryani, juru bicara warga yang berunjuk rasa menyatakan kerusakan jalan menuju TPA Segawe sudah terjadi sejak tiga tahun lalu. Panjangnya mencapai lima kilometer mulai dari Desa Karanganom sampai Desa Segawe.

“Kami sudah berkali-kali mengajukan permohonan perbaikan pada Pemkab Tulunaggung. Tetapi sampai kini belum juga direalisasi,” paparnya.

Selain itu, lanjut Suryani, warga juga mengeluhkan perilaku pengemudi truk  sampah yang dinilai sering kali ugal-ugalan. Mereka kerap ngebut tanpa memperhatikan muatan sampahnya yang sebagian jatuh di jalanan dan menimbulkan bau busuk.

“Kami ini setiap hari dikirimi sampah, tapi jalanan desa tidak diperhatikan. Dibiarkan rusak bertahun-tahun,” tandasnya.
