DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Sekretariat DPRD (Setwan) Kabupaten Bondowoso melakukan kunjungan ke Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Rabu (25/9). Mereka berkunjung untuk studi komparasi terkait kehumasan dan protokoler dewan.

Kedatangan lima staf Setwan Kabupaten Bondowoso ini diterima oleh Kasubag Humas dan Protokol Sekretariat DPRD Tulungagung, Susiowati SSos, di Ruang Rapat Bapemperda lantai II Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

Seusai pertemuan, Susilowati mengungkapkan kunjungan Setwan Kabupaten Bondowoso yang dipimpin Kasubag Humas dan Dokumentasi Setwan Kabupaten Bondowoso, Diyah Fatimah SSos, lebih memfokuskan studi banding terkait pengembangan website DPRD dan penerbitan majalah DPRD. Selain juga pelaksanaan hearing dengan tokoh masyarakat atau elemen tertentu.

“Untuk website, kami menjelaskan DPRD Tulungagung melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga karena belum ada tenaga IT sendiri. Sub Bagian Humas dan Protokol tinggal verifikasi naskah berita sebelum diunggah di laman website DPRD Tulungagung,” ujarnya.

Susilowati memberikan majalah Jurnal DPRD Tulungagung pada Dyah Fatimah sebelum Setwan Kabupaten Bondowoso mengakhiri kunjungannya.

Sedang untuk majalah Jurnal DPRD Tulungagung, menurut Susilowati, DPRD Tulungagung rutin menerbitkannya setiap dua bulan sekali. Jurnal DPRD Tulungagung ini didistribusikan ke seluruh OPD lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung dan sekolah-sekolah. Bahkan sampai ke desa-desa di seluruh kecamatan se-Kabupaten Tulungagung
