Supriyono bersama Ali Masrup memimpin rapat pembentukan fraksi di Ruang Aspirasi Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Senin (2/9).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pimpinan sementara DPRD Tulungagung, Senin (2/9), melakukan rapat  terkait pembentukan fraksi untuk keanggotaan dewan masa jabatan 2019 – 2024. Rapat menindaklanjuti  surat dari partai politik (parpol) dan gabungan parpol yang menyampaikan kepengurusan fraksi masing-masing parpol dan gabungan parpol.

Hadir dalam rapat tersebut sebagian pengurus fraksi yang telah diusulkan masing-masing parpol dan gabungan parpol. Sedang pimpinan sementara DPRD Tulungagung hadir lengkap, yakni Supriyono SE MSi dan Drs Ali Masrup.

Ketua Sementara DPRD Tulungagung, Supriyono mengungkapkan DPRD Tulungagung sudah mengagendakan untuk menetapkan keanggotaan fraksi secepatnya. “Hari ini, Senin (2/9), kami rapat untuk menetapkan fraksi tersebut. Ada tujuh fraksi yang sudah masuk ke dewan,” ujarnya.

Ia  menjelaskan pembentukan fraksi merupakan domain dari parpol yang mempunyai wakil di DPRD Tulungagung. “Jadi yang membentuk fraksi itu parpol, kemudian mereka (parpol) memberitahu pada kami dan selanjutnya ditetapkan menjadi fraksi di DPRD Tulungagung,” jelasnya.

Ada pun ke-tujuh fraksi tersebut masing-masing adalah Fraksi PDI Perjuangan,  Fraksi Hati Nurani Bersatu (gabungan Partai Hanura dan PPP),  Fraksi Bintang Nasional Demokrat (gabungan Partai Demokrat, Partai Nasdem dan PBB), Fraksi PKB, Fraksi Partai Gerindra (gabungan Partai Gerindra dan PKS), Fraksi PAN dan Fraksi Partai Golkar.

Supriyono membeberkan kendati PKS bergabung dengan Partai Gerindra, nama fraksinya tetap bernama Fraksi Partai Gerindra. Masalahnya, Partai Gerindra bisa membuat fraksi sendiri tanpa harus bergabung dengan PKS. “Istilahnya PKS mengikuti Gerindra kendati praktinya tetap bergabung,” terangnya.

Rencananya, setelah terbentuk fraksi, DPRD Tulungagung bakal segera pula membentuk alat kelangkapan dewan. Pembentukan alat kelengkapam dewan tersebut akan berbasis jumlah keanggotaan fraksi.

Menurut Supriyono, langkah setelah fraksi terbentuk adalah menyampaikan pada fraksi guna menentukan wakil-wakilnya untuk pembahasan tata tertib (tatib) DPRD Tulungagung. “Dari pembahasan tatib ini akan dapat dibentuk alat kelengkapan dewan seperti komisi-komisi dan badan-badan. Nanti penentuannya berbasis fraksi,” tuturnya.

Sedang kepengurusan fraksi yang masuk Sekretariat DPRD Tulungagung menyebutkan untuk Fraksi PDI Perjuangan sebagai ketuanya adalah Joko Triasmoro. Kemudian Fraksi Hati Nurani Bersatu adalah Imam Kambali SE MSi, Fraksi Bintang Nasional Demokrat (Sofyan Heryanto SE), Fraksi PKB (Drs H Ali Masrup), Fraksi Partai Gerindra ( H Imam Sapingi SPd), Fraksi PAN (Imam Khoirudin SAg) dan Fraksi Partai Golkar (Andri Santoso AMd Kep).
