Pansus III saat membahas Raperda tentang Retribusi Pelayanan Pasar bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung, Selasa (20/8).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Panitia Khusus (Pansus) III DPRD Tulungagung melanjutkan pembahasan Raperda tentang Retribusi Pelayanan Pasar, Selasa (20/8). Pembahasan lanjutan ini berlangsung di Ruang Aspirasi Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

Hadir dalam pembahasan, sejumlah anggota Pansus III DPRD Tulungagung. Sedang dari Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung yang hadir adalah perwakilan dari OPD terkait, di antaranya Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulungagung serta Bagian Hukum Setda Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Ketua Pansus III DPRD Tulungagung, Fendy Yuniar M SE, mengungkapkan pembahasan lanjutan Raperda tentang Retribusi Pelayanan Pasar pada hari ini belum bisa sampai menyelesaikan pembahasan raperda secara keseluruhan. “Masih ada yang perlu dibahas lagi. Utamanya soal penyesuaian tarif,” ujarnya.

Rencananya, raperda yang tujuannya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan masyakarat dalam bidang perdagangan dan menciptakan iklim kondusif bagi terselenggaranya kegiatan pasar rakyat tersebut akan kembali dibahas pada Rabu (21/8) besok.

Fendy Yuniar berharap pembahasan Raperda tentang Retribusi Pelayanan Pasar besok Rabu (21/8) dapat selesai seluruhnya. “Harapannya besok sudah bisa finalisasi,” tuturnya.
