DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pimpinan DPRD Kabupaten Blitar, Kamis (8/2), mengunjungi Kantor DPRD Tulungagung. Kunjungan ini dalam rangka pembahasan Renja Sekretariat DPRD/Renja DPRD dan Renja OPD.
Kedatangan tiga pimpinan DPRD Kabupaten Blitar dan beberapa staf Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Blitar yang dipimpin Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Blitar, Suwito Saren Satoto, tersebut diterima Kasubag Humas dan Protokol Sekretariat DPRD Tulungagung, Susilowati SSos, serta Kasubag Perundang-undangan Sekretariat DPRD Tulungagung, Drs S Budi Santosa.
Sebelum menyampaikan tanggapan atas maksud dan tujuan kunjungan pimpinan DPRD Kabupaten Blitar, Susilowati menyampaikan permohonan maaf karena pimpinan dan anggota DPRD Tulungagung tidak bisa menerima kedatangan mereka. Masalahnya, semua anggota DPRD Tulungagung sedang melaksanakan reses.
“Mohon maaf karena semua anggota mulai tanggal 3 Februari sampai 9 Februari memasuki hari libur, tidak bersidang dengan melaksanakan reses ke daerah pemilihan masing-masing untuk menjaring aspirasi masyarakat, yang nantinya akan disusun sebagai pokir anggota DPR,” ujarnya.
Sedang soal Renja DPRD Tulungagung, menurut Susilowati, sesuai amanah dari PP 12 / 2018 tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Tatib DPRD, BAB V, Pasal 67, bahwa Renja DPRD disusun berdasarkan usulan Renja AKD yang diserahkan kepada pimpinan DPRD. Kemudian Pimpinan menyampaikan Renja DPRD kepada Sekretaris DPRD untuk dilakukan penyelarasan.
“Hasil penyelarasan tersebut disampaikan kepada pimpinan DPRD untuk dibahas dan ditetapkan dalam rapat paripurna. Renja DPRD yang telah ditetapkan menjadi pedoman bagi Sekratariat DPRD dalam menyusun dokumen rencana dan anggaran Sekretariat DPRD untuk tahun berikutnya.
Penetapan renja paling lambat tanggal 30 September tahun berjalan,” paparnya.
