Riyanah saat membacakan pengumuman pembahasan Prolegda Tahun 2019 dalam rapat paripurna DPRD Tulungagung, Rabu (21/11) lalu.

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Anggota Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD Tulungagung, Riyanah SH MH MM, saat rapat paripurna DPRD Tulungagung, Rabu (21/11) lalu, telah mengumumkan tentang Program Legislasi Daerah (Prolegda) tahun 2019 yang akan dibahas antara DPRD Tulungagung bersama tim asistensi dari Pemkab Tulungagung pada tahun 2019.

Menurut Riyanah dari 17 raperda yang masuk dalam Prolegda Tahun 2019 akan dilakukan pembahasan dalam tiga masa sidang. Yakni masa sidang II tahun sidang V (Januari-April 2019) sebanyak enam raperda, masa sidang III tahun sidang V (Mei-Agustus 2019) sebanyak tujuh raperda dan masa sidang I Tahun sidang I (September-Desember 2019) sebanyak empat raperda.

Adapun enam raperda yang akan dibahas pada masa sidang II tahun sidang V, masing-masing adalah Raperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung Nomor 14 Tahun 2010 tentang Bantuan Keuangan Kepada Partai Politik, Raperda tentang Bantuan Santunan Kematian, Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Ekonomi Kreatif, Raperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 3 Tahun 2012 tentang Retribusi Pelayanan Kesehatan Pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tulungagung dan Raperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 20 Tahun 2016 tentang Pembentukan dan Susunan Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Sedang tujuh raperda yang akan dibahas pada masa sidang III tahun sidang V, yakni Raperda tentang Pemberdayaan Kemasyarakatan Desa,  Raperda tentang Pemotongan hewan dan Penanganan Daging, Raperda tentang Terminal Bongkar Muat, Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan dan Pelayanan Pasar, Raperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 20 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor, Raperda tentang Pengelolaan Perikanan di Perairan Darat dan Raperda tentang Pertanggungjawaban APBD Tahun Anggaran 2018.
