DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD Tulungagung, Selasa (13/11), melakukan pembahasan Program Legislasi Daerah (Prolegda) Tahun 2019. Pembahasan bersama tim asistensi dari Pemkab Tulungagung ini berlangsung di Ruang Bapemperda Lantai II Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.
Hadir dalam rapat pembahasan Prolegda Tahun 2019 tersebut sejumlah anggota Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung. Termasuk Ketua Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung, Heru Santoso SPd MPd.
Sedang dari Tim Asistensi Pemkab Tulungagung yang hadir di antaranya adalah Kepala Bagian Hukum Setda Kabupaten Tulungagung, Saiful Bakri SH MH.
Menurut Heru Santoso, antara Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung dan Tim Asistensi Pemkab Tulungagung sudah menyepakati untuk membahas 17 rancangan peraturan daerah (raperda) dalam tahun 2019 mendatang. Ke-17 raperda tersebut delapan raperda di antaranya merupakan raperda inisiatif DPRD Tulungagung, sementara selebihnya merupakan raperda inisiatif Pemkab Tulungagung,
Selanjutnya Heru Santoso menyatakan sesuai rencana dari 17 raperda yang masuk dalam Prolegda Tahun 2019 akan dilakukan pembahasan dalam tiga masa sidang. Yakni masa sidang II tahun sidang V (Januari-April 2019) sebanyak enam raperda, masa sidang III tahun sidang V (Mei-Agustus 2019) sebanyak tujuh raperda dan masa sidang I Tahun sidang I (September-Desember 2019) sebanyak empat raperda.
“Hari ini (Selasa, 13/11), Prolegda Tahun 2019 ini akan kami konsultasikan ke provinsi. Selanjutnya akan kami sampaikan pada rapat paripurna DPRD Tulungagung yang rencananya akan digelar pada 21 November mendatang,” paparnya.
Ada pun delapan raperda inisiatif DPRD Tulungagung yang masuk dalam Prolegda Tahun 2019 masing-masing adalah Raperda tentang Pemberdayaan Kemasyarakatan Desa, Raperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung Nomor 14 Tahun 2010 tentang Bantuan Keuangan Kepada Partai Politik Kabupaten Tulungagung, Raperda tentang Bantuan Santunan Kematian, Raperda tentang Pemotongan hewan dan Penanganan Daging, Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Imunisasi, Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Ekonomi Kreatif, Raperda tentang Terminal Bongkar Muat dan Raperda tentang Perlindungan Cagar Budaya.
