Pimpinan dan anggota Komisi C saat diterima sekretaris dan para kabid DPMPTSP di Kantor DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tulungagung, Rabu (1/8).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pimpinan dan anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung terus melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak). Kali ini, Rabu (1/8), mereka melakukan sidak ke Kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) dan toko swalayan (minimarket).

Ketua Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Drs Subani Sirab, mengatakan ada masukan-masukan yang harus disampaikan pada DPMPTSP dalam pelaksanaan Perda No. 1 tahun 2018 tentang Penataan dan Pembinaan Pasar Rakyat, Pusat Perbelanjaan dan Toko Swalayan. “Bahwasanya telah disepakati dalam Perda jika jarak antara pasar rakyat dan toko swalayan paling dekat 1.000 meter atau 1 km. Untuk toko swalayan yang saat ini berdiri di dekat pasar rakyat harus tutup  maksimal enam bulan setelah Perda No. 1 Tahun 2018 diundangkan,” ujarnya.

Saat ini pun, lanjut dia, Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung menemukan toko swalayan yang baru berdiri di dekat pasar rakyat. Salah satunya di dekat Pasar Tanggung Kecamatan Campurdarat. “Karena itu kami menunggu sikap dari DPMPTSP. Kalau tidak ada izin harus ditutup,” tandasnya.

Soal pembangunan supermal di lokasi bekas eks Perusahaan Rokok (PR) Retjo Pentung, Subani menyatakan Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung menyetujuinya asal tidak melanggar Perda. “Kami dari Komisi C sudah ditelepon sama Santoso (Kepala DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tulungagung). Kami menyetujuinya asal tidak melanggar Perda,” tuturnya.

Namun demikian, tandas Subani lagi, Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung juga meminta DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tulungagung untuk segera menindaklanjuti penutupan sekitar 18 toko swalayan yang ada di dekat pasar rakyat.

Karena itu pula, Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung hari ini kemudian juga melakukan sidak ke beberapa toko swalayan dekat pasar rakyat, di antaranya Kecamatan Kauman. Mereka melakukanpengecekan apakah pengelola toko swalayan tersebut sudah mendapat pemberitahuan penutupan dari DPMPTSP atau tidak.
