Pimpinan dan anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung saat sidak di Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tulungagung, Selasa (31/7).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Menjalankan fungsi pengawasan, pimpinan dan anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) dan kunjungan kerja ke Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Tulungagung dan tiga Puskesmas di wilayah Kabupaten Tulungagung, Selasa (31/7).

Kedatangan para wakil rakyat ini di Kantor Dinas Kesejatan Kabupaten Tulungagung diterima oleh Sekretaris Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tulungagung, Drs Bambang Triono MM bersama sejumlah kepala bidang (kabid) dan kepala seksi  (kasi) di ruang rapat sekretariat Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Ketua Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Drs Subani Sirab, mengungkapkan sidak dan kunjungan kerja ke Dinas Kesehatan dan ke sejumlah Puskesmas untuk menyampaikan aspirasi masarakat salah satunya terkait proses sertifikasi Puskesmas.  “Ada masalah yang harus disampaikan terkait proses sertifikasi di Puskesmas. Ini yang harus dipecahkan bersama,” ujarnya.

Ia menyebut  beberapa masalah tersebut di antaranya tentang surveyor (narasumber) saat proses sertifikasi Puskesmas. Selain juga masalah belum adanya tenaga administrasi atau kepala bagian tata usaha (TU) di Puskesmas.

“Informasi yang kami dapat narasumber (surveyor) yang datang ke Puskesmas-Puskesmas itu tidak sama.  Ini yang membuat bingung di Puskesmas. Dan lagi di Puskesmas belum ada tenaga administrasi . Tenaga medis bukan bidangnya sebagai tenaga administrasi,” paparnya.

Selain itu, Subani juga mengingatkan Dinas Kesehatan untuk lebih memperhatikan ASN yang lembur dalam proses sertifikasi Puskesmas. “Kalau ada yang lembur, ASN itu diberi juga nasi-nasi bungkus. Jangan sampai ASN bawa makanan dari rumahnya masing-masing,” tandasnya sembari tersenyum.

Mendapat masukan dari Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Bambang Triono menyatakan terimakasihnya. Ia pun mengatakan pula jika Dinas Kesehatan akan menindaklanjuti segala informasi yang diterima dari Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung.

“Untuk tenaga surveyor itu yang menentukan pusat. Jadi yang datang ke Puskesmas-Puskesmas bisa jadi beda orang dan beda juga penilaiannya. Sedang untuk tenaga administrasi kami sudah usulkan ke BKD (Badan Kepegawaian Daerah) untuk adanya tenaga kepala TU,” bebernya.

Setelah berkunjung ke Kantor Dinas Kesehatan, pimpinan dan anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung kemudian melanjutkan sidak ke tiga Puskesmas. Yakni Puskesmas Boyolangu, Puskesmas Besole dan Puskesmas Besuki.
