Selesaikan Pembahasan Raperda Tentang PT BPR

Heru Santoso saat memimpin rapat penyelesaian pembahasan Raperda tentang PT BPR (Perseroda), Rabu (30/5).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Panitia Khusus (Pansus) III DPRD Tulungagung, Rabu (30/5), menyelesaikan pembahasan Raperda tentang PT BPR (Perseroda). Pembahasan raperda tersebut berlangsung di Ruang Aspirasi Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

Ketua Pansus III, Heru Santoso SPd MPd, mengungkapkan dalam pembahasan Raperda tentang PT BPR (Perseroda) hari ini, Rabu (30/5), hanya tinggal membahas tiga bab saja. Yakni Bab XIII, Bab XIV dan Bab XV (Penutup).

“Hari ini kami akan selesaikan pembahasannya. Kemudian kami lanjutkan dengan fasilitasi ke Pemprov Jatim (Biro Hukum),” ujarnya.

Menurut politisi asal PDI Perjuangan ini, dengan berakhirnya pembahasan Raperda PT BPR (Perseroda) tinggal menunggu finalisasi. “Dalam finalisasi ini kami menunggu fasilitasi di Pemprov Jatim. Apakah ada revisi atau tidak nantinya saat fasilitasi,” paparnya.

Sementara itu, soal nama PT BPR, Heru Santoso mengungkapkan dimungkin tetap akan bernama PT BPR Tulungagung. Masalahnya, sampai saat ini belum ada usulan nama baru yang mengemuka. “Kalau tidak ada lagi nama yang cocok bisa jadi tetap namanya, yakni PT BPR Tulungagung (Perseroda),” paparnya lagi.

Hadir dalam rapat penyelesaian pembahasan Raperda PT BPR (Perseroda) sejumlah pimpinan dan anggota Pansus III DPRD Tulungagung. Di antaranya H Makin dan Sutomo SE.

Sedang dari Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung hadir perwailan dari beberapa OPD terkait. Seperti Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kabupaten Tulungagung, Bagian Hukum Setda Kabupaten Tulungagung dan PD BPR Tulungagung.
