Pimpinan dan anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung saat rakor bersama pimpinan PD BPR Tulungagung, Kamis (15/3).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Setelah menuntaskan naskah akademik untuk  pembuatan Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) tentang Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Perseroan Terbatas Daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung, Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Kamis (15/3), melakukan rapat koordinasi (rakor) dengan pimpinan PD BPR Tulungagung. Rakor berlangsung di Kantor PD BPR Tulungagung.

Hadir dalam rakor tersebut hampir seluruh pimpinan dan anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung. Termasuk Ketua Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Drs Subani Sirab.

Anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Heru Santoso SPd MPd, mengungkapkan rakor dilakukan untuk menyamakan persepsi terkait perubahan Perda tentang BPR. “Ini sekaligus sebagai perbaikan draf raperda insiatif dewan,” katanya.

Dalam rakor tersebut, pimpinan dan anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung sempat juga melakukan peninjauan beberapa fasilitas yang ada di Kantor PD BPR Tulungagung. Di antaranya, brankas besi tempat penyimpanan arsip dan jaminan nasabah.

Diberitakan sebelumnya, Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung telah menyelesaikan naskah akademik untuk pembauatan Raperda tentang Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Perseroan Terbatas Daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung. Pembuatan naskah akademik  ini dilakukan bersama tim pakar dari Universitas Brawijaya (UB) Malang.

Raperda tentang Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Perseroan Terbatas Daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung, menurut Heru Santoso, terdiri dari 15 bab dan 50 pasal. Dari 15 bab itu terdiri dari di antaranya bab tentang pendirian, nama dan tempat kedudukan PT BPR, Pengelolaan Kegiatan Usaha, Permodalan, Organ PT BPR, RUPS , Dewan Komisaris dan Dewan Direksi.
