Supriyono saat memimpin rapat penyelesaian aduan penolakan kepindahan warga didampingi Imam Kambali dan Adib Makarim, Jumat (9/3).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pimpinan DPRD Tulungagung, Jumat (9/3), menggelar rapat penyelesaian aduan penolakan kepindahan warga di Dusun Mongkrong Desa Winong Kecamatan Kalidawir bersama pihak-pihak terkait. Rapat berlangsung di Ruang Aspirasi Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

Hadir dalam rapat yang dipimpin Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Supriyono SE MSi ini, Wakil Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Imam Kambali SE MSI dan Wakil Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Adib Makarim MH. Selain juga Ketua Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Drs H Mashud.

Sedang dari pihak terkait yang hadir selain pengadu yakni Heru Budi Setiawan, juga beberapa pejabat dari desa sampai dinas di lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung. Di antaranya, Kepala Desa Winong Kecamatan Kalidawir, Camat Kalidawir, Kapolsek Kalidawir, Danramil Kalidawir, Kepala Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Tulungagung serta Kepala Dinas Sosial, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Seusai rapat yang berlangsung terbuka tersebut, Supriyono menyatakan diperlukan rapat lanjutan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang diadukan pada DPRD Tulungagung itu. Dia mengakui dalam rapat hari ini, Jumat (9/3), terjadi kesimpangsiuran penjelasan. Termasuk keraguan dari aparat pemerintah terkait dokumen kependudukan Heru Budi Setiawan yang berasal dari Kabupaten Lampung Tengah.

“Karena ini bukan forum pengambil keputusan, kami akan rapat koordinasi lagi dengan para pihak terakit secara tertutup dan terpisah,” terangnya.

Supriyono juga menandaskan agar masalah aduan penolakan kepindahan Heru Budi Setiawan ke Dusun Mongkrong Desa Winong Kecamatan Kalidawir ini tidak berlarut-larut dan harus ada langkah penyelesaian secepatnya.

“Yang memutuskan benar atau salah itu adalah institusi yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum untuk ambil keputusan. Nanti berdasar alat bukti yang ada akan diputuskan oleh intistusi yang berwenang,” paparnya.
