DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Kendati tidak dianggarkan dalam APBD Tulungagung 2018, masyarakat Tulungagung tidak perlu mengkhawatirkan dana penyelenggaraan rekrutmen atau pengadaan CPNS baru di lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung. Jika Pemerintah Pusat memang memberikan formasi CPNS baru bagi Pemkab Tulungagung, DPRD Tulungagung akan mengusahakan dana tersebut dapat terealisasi.
“Masyarakat tidak perlu risau dengan dana rekrutmen CPNS yang tidak tercantum dalam APBD Tulungagung 2018. Kalau memang nanti ada rekrutmen CPNS baru tentu akan kami usahakan ada dana untuk penyelenggaraan rekrutmen,” ujar Ketua Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Drs H Mashud, Senin (19/2).
Menurut politikus asal PKB ini, ada mekanisme tersendiri untuk merealisasikan dana untuk keperluan tertentu, kendati tidak dianggarkan dalam APBD. “Jadi bisa untuk realisasi dana yang tidak masuk dalam APBD. Nanti itu wilayahnya pimpinan DPRD,” terangnya.
Namun demikian, lanjut Mashud, sejauh ini belum ada tanda-tanda atau berita yang akurat terkait rekrutmen CPNS baru untuk lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung. Pemerintah Pusat pun belum memberi kepastian. “Sekarang semua masih menunggu. Belum ada berita pasti terkait rekrutmen CPNS baru,” terangnya.
Soal kemungkinan Pemkab Tulungagung akan mendapat formasi CPNS baru, Mashud menyatakan hal itu sangat dimungkinkan. Apalagi, prosentase alokasi belanja pegawai di APBD Tulungagung terus mengalami penurunan.
“Saat ini kan untuk belanja pegawai di APBD 2018 prosentasenya sudah dibawah 50 persen. Jadi sudah sangat layak Pemkab Tulungagung menyelenggarakan rekrutmen CPNS baru,” paparnya.
Dan yang lebih memungkinkan lagi, lanjut Mashud, sudah banyak PNS (ASN) di lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung yang memasuki masa pensiun. “Terlebih Tulungagung juga kekurangan banyak guru untuk SDN,” ucapnya.
