DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – KPU Tulungagung, Kamis (15/2), melakukan koordinasi dengan DPRD Tulungagung terkait pelaksanaan kegiatan Deklarasi Kampanye Damai yang akan diselenggarakan KPU Tulungagung di Kantor DPRD Tulungagung pada Minggu (18/2) mendatang.

Hadir dalam koordinasi yang berlangsung di ruang kerja Sekretaris DPRD (Sekwan) Tulungagung ini Wakil Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Adib Makarim MH, dan Sekwan Tulungagung, Drs Budi Fatahillah Mansyur MM. Sedang dari KPU Tulungagung, yakni Ketua KPU Tulungagung, Suprihno MPd, anggota KPU Tulungagung, Fatah Masrun MSi, anggota KPU Tulungagung, Agus Safei SH dan Sekretaris KPU Tulungagung, Drs Mundiyar.

Seusai koordinasi, Budi Fatahillah, mengungkapkan DPRD Tulungagung menerima dengan permintaan KPU Tulungagung yang akan meminjam Ruang Rapat Paripurna DPRD Tulungagung. “Pada prinsipnya kami wellcome. Tadi kami pun sudah kontak Pak Ketua (Ketua DPRD Tulungagung),” ujarnya.

Kendati demikian, lanjut Budi Fatahillah, KPU Tulungagung secara adminstratif juga harus memenuhinya. “Jadi suratnya juga harus ada. Hari ini kami tunggu. Kan pelaksanaannya hari Minggu (18/2),” paparnya.

Sementara itu, Ketua KPU Tulungagung, Suprihno, menyatakan kedatangan komisioner dan Sekretaris KPU Tulungagung ke Kantor DPRD Tulungagung untuk koordinasi terkait pinjam tempat untuk Deklarasi Kampanye Damai Pilkada Tulungagung 2018. “Nanti di Ruang Paripurna DPRD Tulungagung akan digunakan sebagai tempat pasangan calon (paslon) menyampaikan sambutannya dalam deklarasi,” ujarnya.

Konsep pelaksanaan Deklarasi Kampanye Damai, menurut Suprihno, saat ini berbeda dengan lima tahun lalu. Saat ini konsep dari  KPU RI adalah mengunakan tempat outdoor dan indoor. Sehingga Kantor DPRD Tulungagung yang berdekatan dengan Alun-Alun Kota Tulungagung dijadikan tempat indoor dalam kegiatan Deklarasi Kampanye Damai.

“Selain tempat outdoor dan indoor konsepnya juga mendukung budaya lokal. Sehingga dalam deklarasi Minggu (18/2) akan juga ditampilkan budaya lokal tarian Reyog Kendang,” paparnya.
