DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Panitia Khusus (Pansus) I DPRD Tulungagung mulai melakukan pembahasan Raperda Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Tulungagung. Pembahasan dilakukan bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung di ruang rapat Komisi A Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Kamis (18/1).

Hampir semua anggota Pansus I DPRD Tulungagung hadir dalam pembahasan Raperda Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Tulungagung ini. Termasuk Ketua Pansus I DPRD Tulungagung, Samsul Huda SAg MPd, yang langsung memimpin rapat pembahasan.

Sementara dari Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung hadir beberapa kepala OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah) lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung yang terkait dengan pelayanan publik. Di antaranya, Kepala Bagian Organisasi Setda Kabupaten Tulungagung, Dra Imroatul Mufidah MSi, Direktur RSUD dr Iskak, dr Supriyanto SPb dan Kabag Hukum Setda Kabupaten Tulungagung, Saiful Bakri SH MH.

Samsul Huda menyatakan pembahasan Raperda Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Tulungagung tidak akan sampai melewati bulan Februari 2018. “Harapannya pada akhir Januari 2018 sudah selesai dibahas dan bisa segera diparipurnakan untuk disetujui sebagai Perda,” ujarnya.

Kendati baru dimulai pembahasannya, ia optimis finalisasi pembahasan Raperda Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Tulungagung akan selesai akhir bulan ini. “Kalau perlu dilembur juga pembahasannya agar tidak sampai melebihi bulan Februari” katanya.

Menurut Samsul Huda, Pansus I DPRD Tulungagung saat ini tengah membahas dua raperda yang masuk dalam pembahasan masa sidang I tahun sidang IV. Kedua raperda tersebut masing-masing adalah Raperda tentang Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Tulungagung dan Raperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 4 Tahun 2017 tentang Perangkat Desa.

“Untuk yang Raperda tentang Perangkat Desa sudah hampir selesai pembahasannya. Tinggal kini membahas Raperda tentang Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Tulungagung,” tuturnya.
