DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Panitia Khusus (Pansus) IV DPRD Tulungagung segera akan menyelesaikan Raperda tentang Pengelolaan Air Limbah Domestik. Penyelesaian raperda ini menyusul setelah tiga raperda lainnya pada masa sidang III tahun sidang III sudah diselesaikan oleh Pansus IV. Bahkan, Raperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 10 Tahun 2013 tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kabupaten Tulungagung Tahun 2014-2018 sudah ditetapkan dalam Rapat Paripurna DPRD Tulungagung belum lama ini.
Ketua Pansus IV DPRD Tulungagung, Suprapto SPt MMA, Jumat (13/10), di Kantor DPRD Tulungagung mengungkapkan penyelesaian Raperda tentang Pengelolaan Air Limbah Domestik menunggu sinkronisasi dengan Pemerintah Pusat yakni Ditjen Cipta Karya Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR).
“Prosesnya sedang berlangsung dan dilakukan oleh Bidang Cipta Karya Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung. Kami perkirakan dalam empat kali pembahasan akan selesai raperda itu,” ujarnya.
Penyelesaian Raperda tentang Pengelolaan Air Limbah Domestik, lanjut Suprapto yang politisi asal PDI Perjuangan ini tidak akan berlangsung lama. “Tidak akan sampai akhir Oktober kami perkirakan sudah selesai,” katanya.
Sesuai Prolegda, Pansus IV DPRD Tulungagung dalam masa sidang III masa sidang III membahas empat raperda. Keempat raperda tersebut masing-masing adalah Raperda tentang Pengelolaan Air Limbah Domestik, Raperda tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi BWP Boyolangu dan BWP Gondang, Raperda tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi BWP Sendang dan BWP Pagerwojo, serta Raperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 10 Tahun 2013 tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung Tahun 2014-2018.
