DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Panitia Khusus IV DPRD Tulungagung terus melanjutkan pembahasan Raperda tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang (RDTR) dan Peraturan Zonasi BWP Sendang dan BWP Pagerwojo, Selasa (19/9). Pembahasan bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung ini berlangsung di ruang rapat paripurna Graha Wicaksana Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.
Ketua Pansus IV DPRD Tulungagung, Suprapto SPt MMA, mengungkapkan masih ada beberapa permasalahan yang harus diselesaikan pembahasannya untuk Raperda tentang RDTR dan Peraturan Zonasi BWP Sendang dan BWP Pagerwojo. “Ada beberapa materi yang belum terselesaikan. Selain juga masalah redaksionalnya,” katanya.
Sejauh ini, lanjut dia, Pansus IV DPRD Tulungagung sudah menyelesaikan pembahasan dua raperda dari empat raperda yang dibahas dalam masa sidang III tahun sidang III. Kedua raperda yang telah mencapai finalisasi tersebut adalah Raperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 10 Tahun 2013 tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kabupaten Tulungagung Tahun 2014-2018 dan Raperda tentang RDTR dan Peraturan Zonasi BWP Boyolangu dan BWP Gondang. “Bahkan yang Raperda tentang RPJMD sudah ditetapkan menjadi Perda dalam rapat paripurna baru-baru ini,” paparnya.
Sementara untuk Raperda tentang Pengelolaan Air Limbah Domestik, Suprapto yang biasa disapa dengan sapaan Buyung ini, mengatakan kendati masih dalam pembahasan, bisa jadi raperda tersebut kemudian ditunda pembahasannya. Hal ini terjadi karena ada wacana penyinkronan dengan program dari Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) RI. “Kami masih menunggu keputusan pasti yang akan diambil bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab,” terangnya.
Seperti diketahui, dalam masa sidang III tahun sidang III, Pansus IV DPRD Tulungagung membahas empat raperda. Keempat raperda tersebut masing-masing adalah Raperda tentang Pengelolaan Air Limbah Domestik, Raperda tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi BWP Boyolangu dan BWP Gondang, Raperda tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi BWP Sendang dan BWP Pagerwojo, serta Raperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 10 Tahun 2013 tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung Tahun 2014-2018.
