Pansus IV Gelar Publik Hearing

Peserta publik hearing mendengarkan penjelasan dari Ketua Pansus IV DPRD Tulungagung, Suprapto, Senin (21/8).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Panitia Khusus (Pansus) IV DPRD Tulungagung menggelar publik hearing pembahasan Raperda tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi Pada Bagian Wilayah Perkotaan Boyolangu dan Bagian Wilayah Perkotaan Gondang Tahun 2017-2037, Senin (21/8). Publik hearing berlangsung di Ruang Graha Wicaksana Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

Hadir dalam acara tersebut Camat Boyolangu dan Camat Gondang, disamping Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung. Selain juga para Kepala desa dan anggota BPD wilayah Kecamatan Boyolangu dan Kecamatan Gondang, serta akademisi dari perguruan tinggi dan tokoh agama.

Ketua Pansus IV DPRD Tulungagung, Suprapto SPt MMA, yang memimpin publik hearing mengatakan, tujuan dari dengar pendapat publik itu untuk mengetahui respon dan ekspektisi publik terhadap Raperda tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi Pada Bagian Wilayah Perkotaan Boyolangu dan Bagian Wilayah Perkotaan Gondang Tahun 2017-2037. “Bagaimana memanfaatkan ruang secara optimal di wilayah Boyolangu dan Gondang agar terencana,” ujarnya.

Dalam Raperda tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi Pada Bagian Wilayah Perkotaan Boyolangu dan Bagian Wilayah Perkotaan Gondang Tahun 2017-2037, disebutkan ruang lingkup Bagian Wilayah Perkotaan (BWP) Kecamatan Boyolangu dengan luas 1.145 hektar, meliputi, Desa Boyolangu, Desa Pucung Kidul, Desa Ngranti, Desa Kendal Bulur dan Desa Waung. Sedang untuk BWP Gondang dengan luas 1.595,05 hektar meliputi, Desa Gondang, Desa Kiping, Desa Bendungan, Desa Ngrendeng, Desa Tiudan, Desa Bendo, Desa Jarakan, dan Desa Mojoarum.

Publik hearing yang dihadiri hampir seluruh anggota Pansus IV DPRD Tulungagung ini berlangsung menarik. Peserta publik hearing ikut aktif bertanya dan memberi saran pada Pansus IV terkait Raperda tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi Pada Bagian Wilayah Perkotaan Boyolangu dan Bagian Wilayah Perkotaan Gondang Tahun 2017-2037. Seperti di antaranya terkait ruang manfaat jalan (rumija).

Menurut Suprapto dalam Raperda tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi Pada Bagian Wilayah Perkotaan Boyolangu dan Bagian Wilayah Perkotaan Gondang Tahun 2017-2037 di dalamnya sudah termuat juga tentang rencana zona lindung. Yakni zona perlindungan setempat (PS), zona suaka alam dan cagar budaya (SC), zona ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) dan zona rawan bencana (RB). “Untuk RTH minimal 30 persen,” tandasnya.
