Pimpinan dan anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung saat beraudiensi dengan anggota Pawahikorta, Kamis (15/6).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Kamis (15/6) melakukan audiensi dengan anggota Paguyuban Warung Hiburan Karaoke Tulungagung (Pawahikorta). Audiensi berlangsung di Ruang Graha Wicaksana lantai II Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

Audiensi dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Drs Subani Sirab. Ia didampingi hampir seluruh anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, selain pejabat dari beberapa OPD terkait lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung, seperti dari Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata, Dinas Kesehatan, Satpol PP dan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu.

Saat audiensi berlangsung, Sugeng SH, dari Pawahikorta memaparkan keluhan para anggota Pawahikorta terkait razia yang dilakukan aparat kepolisian. Mereka resah karena jika kedapatan menjual atau mengedarkan bir ditindak pidana kurungan enam bulan atau denda sebesar Rp 50 juta. “Padahal Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu selama ini tidak bisa memberi izin pada kami untuk mendapatkan SIUP MB,” ujarnya.

Pawahikorta berharap penerapan sanksi bagi mereka yang mengedarkan atau menjual minuman beralkohol golongan A (kadar etanol 1% sampai 5%) tidak lagi sanksi enam bulan kurungan atau denda Rp 50 juta, tetapi kembali pada perda sebelumnya yang menyatakan sanksi tipiring (tindak pidana ringan).

Subani menanggapi permintaan Pawahikorta mengatakan Perda yang berlaku sekarang ada yang rancu. “Mestinya tipiring tapi kemudian dengan denda Rp 50 juta,” katanya.

Menurut dia, permintaan revisi Perda tentang minuman keras bisa saja dilakukan oleh DPRD Tulungagung. Tetapi dengan catatan tidak bertentangan dengan perundangan di atasnya.

“Memang aturannya sekarang multitafsir. Bisa dibilang memberatkan orang kerja atau usaha. Kalau nanti direvisi yang penting jangan bertentangan dengan perundangan yang diatasnya,” paparnya.
