DPRD Kabupaten Kendal Juga Datang Berkunjung

Heru Santoso bersama Gunawan saat menerima kedatangan pimpinan dan anggota Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah DPRD Kabupaten Kendal, Senin (5/6).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG- Tidak hanya anggota DPRD Kabupaten Probolinggo yang datang berkunjung ke Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Senin (5/6), tetapi juga anggota DPRD Kabupaten Kendal. Mereka datang hampir bersamaan di Kantor DPRD Tulungagung yang berada di Jl RA Kartini Kota Tulungagung.

Kunjungan pimpinan dan anggota Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah DPRD Kabupaten Kendal ini diterima pimpinan dan anggota Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah DPRD Tulungagung di Ruang Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah lantai II Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

Ketua Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah DPRD Kabupaten Tulungagung, Heru Santoso MPd, mengatakan kunjungan anggota DPRD Kabupen Kendal dalam rangka sharing program pembentukan peraturan daerah tahun 2017, khususnya yang terkait dengan rancangan peraturan daerah prakarsa DPRD.

“Kami saling bertukar informasi terkait pembentukan peraturan daerah. Utamanya, pembentukan peraturan daerah yang merupakan inisiatif DPRD,” ujarnya.

Heru Santoso memaparkan pembentukan peraturan daerah inisiatif DPRD di Tulungagung sudah relatif baik dan produktif. Dalam setahun rata-rata DPRD Tulungagung mengajukan 12 rancangan peraturan daerah inisiatif.

“Di setiap masa sidang masing-masing Komisi mengajukan minimal satu rancangan peraturan daerah inisiatif DPRD,” terangnya.

Dalam masa sidang II tahun sidang III saat ini DPRD Tulungagung juga mengajukan empat rancangan peraturan daerah inisiatif dewan. Keempat rancangan peraturan daerah itu masing-masing Raperda tentang Peningkatan Percepatan Kepemilikan Akte Kelahiran, Raperda tentang Perkoperasian, Raperda tentang Penataan dan Pembinaan Pasar Rakyat, Pusat Perbelanjaan dan Toko Swalayan serta Raperda tentang Pemberdayaan Pokdarwis.
