Anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung saat melakukan peninjaun di Pasar Panjerejo Kecamatan Rejotangan, Senin (8/5).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pimpinan dan anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Senin (8/5), melakukan kunjungan ke Pasar Panjerejo Kecamatan Rejotangan dan Pasar Gondang di Kecamatan Gondang. Kedatangan para wakil rakyat ini untuk menyerap aspirasi warga di kedua pasar tersebut.

Anggota Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Heru Santoso SPd MPd, mengungkapkan perlu ada serapan aspirasi masyarakat terkait bakal direvitalisasinya Pasar Panjerejo dan Pasar Gondang. “Kami perlu mendengar aspirasi para pedagang dan warga sekitar dengan adanya rencana revitalisasi pasar.,” ujarnya.

Selain itu, menurut politisi asal PDI Perjuangan ini, Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung juga melihat secara langsung upaya yang telah dilakukan Pemkab Tulungagung dalam rencana revitalisasi pasar. Utamanya terkait masalah tempat penampungan sementara selama pasar direnovasi.

“Masalah tempat penampungan sementara ini sangat penting. Jangan sampai kemudian terjadi kesalahpahaman antar semua pihak yang terkait,” paparnya.

Dari hasil kunjungannya ke Pasar Panjerejo, lanjut Heru Santoso, para pedagang setempat menerima jadwal pembangunan pasar sesuai rencana Pemkab Tulungagung. Kendati sebelumnya sebagian pedagang meminta agar revitalisasi dilakukan setelah Hari Raya Idul Fitri.

“Yang pasti pedagang lama harus mendapat prioritas kios di pasar yang telah direvitalisasi sebagai tempat berjualan mereka,” tuturnya.

Pasar Panjerejo di Kecamatan Rejotangan rencananya bakal direvitalisasi dengan dana APBN sebesar Rp 6 miliar. Pembangunan Pasar Panjerejo dijadwalkan sudah tuntas pada akhir tahun 2017 ini.
