DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pengurusan izin mendirikan minimarket berjaringan di KabupatenTulungagung kedepan bakal diperketat. Salah satu di antaranya, pemilik minimarket haruslah ber-KTP Tulungagung.
Demikian diungkapkan Ketua Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Drs Subani Sirab, Jumat (7/4). “Nantinya yang mendirikan minimarket berjaringan di Tulungagung haruslah orang asli daerah Tulungagung. Harus ber-KTP Tulungagung,” ujarnya.
Ketentuan ini, menurut wakil rakyat asal Kecamatan Bandung ini, rencananya akan tertuang dalam Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) tentang Penataan dan Pembinaan Pasar Rakyat, Pusat Perbelanjaan dan Toko Swalayan yang akan segara dibahas oleh Panitia Khusus (Pansus) III DPRD Tulungagung.
Selain itu, untuk menata keberadaan minimarket berjaringan, Subani menyebut bakal ada pembatasan jumlah minimarket berjaringan. Di setiap kecamatan jumlah minimarket dibatasi sesuai jumlah penduduk.
“Misalnya di kecamatan yang masuk area perkotaan, jumlah minimarketnya satu banding 17.500 jiwa. Artinya, jika dalam satu kecamatan jumlah penduduknya sebesar 52.500 jiwa maka minimarket yang berdiri di kecamatan tersebut jumlahnya dibatasai hanya tiga minimarket,” paparnya.
Sedang untuk di kecamatan yang tidak termasuk daerah perkotaan, Subani yang politisi Partai Hanura ini mengatakan proporsi perbandinganya satu banding 15.000 jiwa. “Rencananya ada enam kecamatan yang akan dimasukkan dalam Raperda sebagai kecamatan yang masuk area perkotaan,” tuturnya.
Seperti diketahui Ranperda tentan Penataan dan Pembinaan Pasar Rakyat, Pusat Perbelanjaan dan Toko Swalayan setelah menjadi Perda nantinya akan menggantikan Perda No. 6 Tahun 2010 tentang Perlindungan, Pemberdayaan Pasar Tradisional dan Penataan Serta Pengendalian Pasar Modern yang saat ini masih berlaku.
