Undang SKPD Tuntaskan Penertiban Minimarket Berjaringan

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung bakal menuntaskan permasalahan minimarket berjaringan yang dinilai masih melakukan pelanggaran Peraturan Daerah (Perda). Mereka mengundang Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung yang terkait untuk beraudiensi di Kantor DPRD Tulungagung pada Senin (13/3) mendatang.

Ketua Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, Drs Subani Sirab, Kamis (9/3), mengungkapkan sudah mengundang beberapa SKPD di Pemkab Tulungagung untuk menghadiri audiensi penertiban minimarket berjaringan. “Mereka semua kami undang untuk audiensi di Kantor DPRD Tulungagung. Kami mengundang mereka pada Senin (13/3) pukul 08.30 WIB,” ujarnya.

SKPD lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung yang diundang menurut Subani Sirab adalah SKPD yang membidangi dan terkait masalah minimarket berjaringan. Mereka adalah Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP), Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP), Inspektorat serta Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan.

Audiensi yang melibatkan SKPD terkait diharapkan dapat menuntaskan permasalahan minimarket berjaringan yang selama ini masih dinilai melakukan pelanggaran Perda No. 6 Tahun 2010 tentang Perlindungan, Pemberdayaan Pasar Tradisional dan Penataan serta Pengendalian Pasar Modern. Utamanya dalam jam kerja buka minimarket.

Menurut Subani Sirab sampai saat ini Perda No. 6 Tahun 2010 masih berlaku. Belum ada pencabutan. “Karena itu, yang melanggar Perda No.6 Tahun 2010 harus ditertibkan. Belum ada pencabutan Perda No. 6 Tahun 2010,” tandasnya.

Politisi asal Partai Hanura ini heran dengan masih banyaknya temuan minimarket berjaringan yang melanggar Perda kendati sudah diperingatkan oleh DPMPTSP. “Katanya sudah memberi surat peringatan sejak November tahun lalu. Lantas mengapa sampai kini belum ada tindak lanjutnya,” katanya.

Sesuai Perda No. 6 Tahun 2010, jam kerja buka toko modern (minimarket) untuk hari Senin sampai hari Jumat pukul 09.00 WIB sampai dengan pukul 22.00 WIB. Untuk hari Sabtu dan Minggu dari pukul 09.00 WIB sampai dengan pukul 23.00 WIB. Sedang untuk hari libur keagamaan dan libur nasional pukul 09.00 WIB sampai dengan pukul 24.00 WIB.

Namun kenyataannya masih banyak minimarket berjaringan yang melakukan pelanggaran. Mereka lebih memilih buka lebih awal yakni pukul 07.00 WIB.
