Agus Budiarto saat membacakan perubahan Program Pembentukan Perda Tahun 2017 di Rapat Paripurna DPRD Tulungagung, Senin (30/1).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Badan Legislasi (saat ini bernama Badan Pembentukan Perda) DPRD Tulungagung dan Tim Asistensi Pembahas Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung telah bersepakat untuk melakukan perubahan Program Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah Tahun 2017.

Perubahan ini telah dibacakan oleh Wakil Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Agus Budiarto SE Ak dalam rapat paripurna DPRD Tulungagung, Senin (30/1).

Adapun perubahan yang telah disepakati yakni :

I. Ranperda masa sidang II tahun sidang III (Januari – April 2017), yang semula akan membahas :
1. Ranperda tentang Percepatan Peningkatan Cakupan Kepemilikan Akta Kelahiran Ranperda tentang Perkoperasian
2. Ranperda tentang Perlindungan, Pemberdayaan Pasar Tradisional dan Penataan serta Pengendalian Pasar Modern
3. Ranperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 10 Tahun 2011 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perparkiran
4. Ranperda tentang Ibadah Haji
5. Ranperda tentang Perlindungan Anak
6. Ranperda tentang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah
7. Ranperda tentang Pencabutan Beberapa Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung

Diubah menjadi :
1.    Ranperda tentang Percepatan Peningkatan Cakupan Kepemilikan Akta Kelahiran
2.    Ranperda tentang Perkoperasian
3.    Ranperda tentang Perlindungan, Pemberdayaan Pasar Tradisional dan Penataan serta Pengendalian Pasar Modern
4.    Ranperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 10 Tahun 2011 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perparkiran
5.    Ranperda tentang Ibadah Haji
6.    Ranperda tentang Perlindungan Anak
7.    Ranperda tentang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah
8.    Ranperda tentang Pencabutan Beberapa Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung
9.    Ranperda tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 9 Tahun 2012 tentang Penyertaan Modal Pemerintah Kabupaten Tulungagung Pada PDAM Tulungagung

II. Ranperda Masa Sidang III Tahun Sidang III (Mei – Agustus 2017), yakni:
1.    Ranperda tentang Pengelolaan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa
2.    Ranperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 18 Tahun 2012 tentang Perlindungan Lahan Pertanian Pangan Berkelanjutan
3.    Ranperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 17 Tahun 2010 tentang Penyelenggaraan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan
4.    Ranperda tentang Layanan Lumpur Tinja Terjadwal
5.    Ranperda tentang Pelayanan Publik
6.    Ranperda tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi BWP Boyolangu dan BWP Gondang
7.    Ranperda tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi BWP Sendang dan BWP Pagerwojo
8.    Ranperda tentang Irigasi
9.    Ranperda tentang Retribusi Pemeriksaan Alat Pemadam Kebakaran
10.     Ranperda tentang Pertanggungjawaban APBD Tahun Anggaran 2016
11.     Ranperda tentang Perubahan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2017

III. Masa Sidang I Tahun Sidang IV (September – Desember 2017), yakni:
1.    Ranperda tentang Pengelolaan Perpustakaan Desa
2.    Ranperda tentang Pengelolaan Perikanan
3.    Ranperda tentang Perubahan Ketiga Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 16 Tahun 2010 tentang Pajak Daerah
4.    Ranperda tentang Nama Jalan
5.    Ranperda tentang APBD Tahun Anggaran 2018
