DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Masuk kerja hari pertama pasca libur akhir tahun ditandai dengan apel pagi seluruh staf Sekretariat DPRD (Setwan) Tulungagung di halaman Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Selasa (3/1). Apel dilakukan untuk menjaga kedisiplinan segenap PNS di lingkup Sekretariat DPRD Tulungagung.
Sekretaris DPRD (Sekwan) Tulungagung, Drs Budi Fatahillah Mansyur MSi, seusai apel pagi mengatakan sangat mengapresiasi kehadiran staf Sekretariat DPRD yang hadir dalam apel pagi. “Masuk kerja di hari pertama tahun 2017 sudah kami imbau sejak beberapa waktu lalu. Ini sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah No. 53 Tahun 2010 tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS),” ujarnya.
Ia memastikan bagi PNS yang tidak masuk kerja setelah libur cuti bersama tahun baru 2017 bakal dikenai sanksi. Utamanya, sanksi berupa teguran tertulis.
“Sanksi ini merupakan bentuk dari kedisiplinan. Kami berharap adanya sanksi dapat memicu PNS tetap disiplin dalam bekerja,” tandasnya.
Budi Fatahillah selanjutnya mengungkapkan telah melaporkan pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kabupaten Tulungagung terkait kedisiplinan PNS di hari pertama masuk kerja tahun 2017. Seperti absensi PNS Sekretariat DPRD Tulungagung untuk ditindak lanjuti.
Sebelumnya, saat pelantikan pejabat eselon II dan III pimpinan, Jumat (30/12), Bupati Tulungagung, Syahri Mulyo SE MSi, menegaskan agar seluruh PNS lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung untuk masuk kerja pada hari pertama masuk kerja tahun 2017. Dia meminta para kepala SKPD (Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah) agar mendisplinkan para PNS di lingkup kerja masing-masing.
“PNS merupakan pelayan masyarakat. Harus memberi contoh dalam berdisplin. Nanti di hari pertama masuk kerja tahun 2017 absensi PNS diberikan pada BKD,” tegasnya.
